I decided to remake the epicene pride flag, since it’s an identity I am rather attached to but 1. I dislike the currently accepted flag for it, and 2. the currently accepted flag’s color scheme is extremely similar to the genderfluid flag, so I wanted to make something I thought was simpler and more distinct.
beige – neutrality. while epicene and being gender neutral aren’t the same thing, they’re similar, and a lot of the time, when people say “gender neutral”, they really mean “epicene”. beige is seen as a neutral color, hence its presence on the flag.
brown – humanity. being epicene can also be described by seeing yourself as not a man or a woman but a person, and brown is a very human color in that it’s the color of melanin, present in virtually everyone’s bodies. also, brown is often used in pride flags to recognize the people of color in the communities for which the flag is designed, and I am using it in that way also.
lavender – the overlap of masculine and feminine. epicenity isn’t just about disconnect from masculinity and femininity; it’s also about the ways in which those two gendered expressions are similar. lavender is the mix between blue and pink (the traditionally masculine and feminine colors) and is thus symbolically an overlap between masculine and feminine without being either.
This flag is free for anyone with few exceptions to use for anything they’d like. The exceptions are if you’re a racist, TERF, fascist, or similar filth or if you’re going to use it to convey something hateful. Otherwise, you can use this flag with or without credit for edits, icons, art, pride merch, etc.
Modifizique: a gender related to the vision of oneself that one wishes to achieve through body modification.
Etymology
From Esparanto, “modifi”, meaning “modify”+ “zique”, an English neologistic suffix indicating autonomous xenicity. Coined by Gent (Gender-Resource), 2021.
This term has a wide range of applications and is entirely defined by the vision one has for themselves, and as such, varies greatly from person to person. For a Modifizique individual, body modification either isone’s transition or is a very significant part of their transition (in addition to other procedures, expression, performances or activities).Body modifications may simply be strongly desired or may be actively pursued by such individuals. Modifizique individuals typically undergo modification to alleviate dysphoria and/or to experience euphoria, though neither is necessary to be Modifizique. Modifications may range from minimalistic to extreme; the extent of modification is entirely up to the individual and does not qualify or disqualify one from this label. Such modification can be related to alterhumanity, but this is not always the case.
Flag
The flag was created by Gent at the same time as the term in 2021. The flag consists of nine, horizontal stripes of the same size. From top to bottom, they are beige, tan, navy, crimson, a center variegated stripe of purple, white and gold followed by crimson, silver, brown and dark brown. The stripes have the following meanings:
The upper two and bottom two stripes represent various skin tones of human flesh.
The navy stripe represents tattoos, corsetting, scarification, branding and ear cropping.
The crimson stripes represent blood shed during such modifications.
The variegated stripe (purple, white and gold) represent creativity, consent and self-knowledge and liberation, respectively.
The silver stripe represents piercings, tongue splitting, implants and relevant types of plastic surgery.

Einwegender (Single-use gender)
A xenogender for one whose’s gender may only be there once. This term can be a standalone gender identity or just describe a different gender identity.
One who is einwegender may have a fluctuating gender identity, and use the term for very specific genders they feel they may never experience again. The term may also be used for systems where the headmates affect eachothers’ genders when blurring, and the resulting gender’s configuration is so specific that it may never happen again.
It could possibly also be used to describe a neurodivergent person’s gender that changes with their hyperfixations/special interests and therefore may only be felt once (during the course of their interest) and then never be felt again. The term may also be used to describe a neuroatypical/mentally ill person who experiences gender differently during mental health episodes but may never feel that specific gender again after the episode ends. Or a chronically ill person who’s disability/illness influences their gender resulting in a very specific gender that they may never have again.
The word einwegender comes from the word “einweg” which means “single use” in German. So someone who is einwegender has a gender that may only be there once.
The prefix “einweg-” or “single-use” may also be used to label things other than gender. An example would be einwegorientation or single-use orientation.

This is a fluid gender described as being empty/vacant, but having the capacity to be gendered.

I know that there is a total lack of xyric orientations/terms and even though I’ve seen some more recently I wanted to speed up the process.
Notes: this uses concepts and abbreviations I discuss in this post. Everything is mineral based because I got bored of flower-based names and names starting with x. “Enben” is short for “nonbinary people” and is in the same format as “men” and “women”. It is an alternative to “enbies”.
Lazulic (XLM)- Xenic loving (exclusively) men and enben. May or may not have a preference. Based off lapis lazuli.
Garnetic (XLW, XLNB)- Xenic loving (exclusively) women and enben. May or may not have a preference. Based off garnet.
Jadic (XLM, XLW, XLNB)- Xenic loving (exclusively) men, women, and enben. May or may not have a preference. Based off jade.
Bismuthic (XLM, XLW, XLNB, XLX)- Xenic loving (exclusively) men, women, enben, and xenic people. May or may not have a preference. Based off bismuth.
Quartzic – Xenic loving all genders. May or may not have a preference. (Technically not in GLG format but still a juvelic orientation.) Based off opal.
Agatic (XLGF)- Xenic loving genderfluid/flux/fluix people (exclusively or not). Based off agate.
Floritic (XLB)- Xenic loving bigender people (exclusively or not). Based off florite.
Malachitic (XLMG)- Xenic loving multigender people (exclusively or not). Based off malachite.
Obic (XL0)- Xenic loving zero/no genders. This xenic individual would also be considered anattractional. (Technically not in GLG format but still a juvelic orientation.) Pronounced oh-bye-ick and based off obsidian because it’s black like the anatracctional and a-spec flags.

Attitudes towards sex
sex-repulsed describes a person who is disgusted by the idea of themselves having sex or by being exposed to sexual content or situations
Sex averse describes someone who does not want to have sex
Sex-indifferent describes someone who is not averse to having sex, but doesn’t find it to be personally beneficial or gratifying.
Sex-favorable describes someone who enjoys having sex in certain situations.
Sex-positive describes the belief that people have the right to have as much or as little consensual sex as they’d like
Sex-neutral describes the belief that sex is not inherently good or bad.
Sex-negative describes the belief that sex, or certain kinds of consensual sex, are inherently bad.
Knowing whether or not a person identifies as asexual, gray-asexual, demisexual, or anything else doesn’t tell you how they feel about having sex. It also doesn’t tell you anything about what they think about other people having sex!
There are a lot of words that are used to describe people’s attitudes towards sex. Sex-repulsed, averse, indifferent, and favorable are all used within the ace community to describe one’s own feelings about personally engaging in sex or sexual situations. These words can be very fluid—some people may use one word to describe themselves in one situation, and a different one in another.
Sex-positive, neutral, and negative are words used beyond just the ace community that communicate a person’s political leanings when it comes to sex. In short, they describe how people feel about other people having sex.

Reasons I remind myself I don’t like my country number who knows what
While this is super cool in and of itself, I’d also like to remind people that modern high speed rail (most of which is in China these days) operates at around 200 miles/hour (China’s fastest train actually operates at 370+ mph but that’s an absolute state of the art maglev, the 200 mph number is average rail speed). If we actually invested in these train systems, you wouldn’t even need an overnight ticket to make a 400 mile trip. To put that in an American context, it would allow you to get from New York to Los Angeles (the famous Cannonball Run taken by car enthusiasts for decades) in about 15 hours, which is 10 hours better than the current Cannonball Run record. With that kind of speed, you could take an evening train halfway across the country (Boston to Chicago would be ~5 hours) for a weekend trip.
Trains are not just more convenient (no driving!), but technologically superior to cars.

Some of my friends have been expressing that they can’t make combo flags displaying the entirety of their identity due to the virtual absence of non-satirical cis and straight flags, so I decided to take a whack at it! Please note that straight people cannot use the Queer Cis flag and cis people cannot use the Trans Straight flag. These flags are for individuals who are still part of the LGBTQIA+ community in some way.
it’s inclusive of non-binary people. also because they can be added to each other (werwifgender). it’s a general term for (wo)manhood, simply being a affixed multilexic word (adding -gender as a suffix).
think before you apply binary terms to the experiences of a stranger. agab and transfem/transmasc are popular as more inclusive terms but leave much to be desired 😦

Cenelian is a term for nonbinary people attracted to nonbinary people. It is a NLN equivalent to lesbian and veldian, whereas terms like enbian more closely align with sapphic and achillean. As such, while cenelian and enbian may be similar, they are different terms. Cenelian comes from the word centrifugal, which means to move away from the center of something (in this case, the binary).
Anybody who is not entirely on the binary is able to be included within cenelian attraction. On the contrary, a more specific subterm, celarsian (comes from the word “celestial.”)
defines a cenelian person who is attracted to people completely off the binary specifically, such as xenic, aporagender, and/or maverique people. More specific subgroups of cenelian similar to this one may be created in the future.
Just like with veldian, cenelian is an all inclusive label for those who want to use it. So long as you identify with its general premise, you can use it. Furthermore, there may be multiple ways of defining what cenelian means to them; whether it be nonbinary people exclusively attracted to nonbinary people, gay/gai nonbinary people who define their attraction as NLN only, or otherwise, this label is meant to be for all.
Note: Nonbinary here refers to anyone who is not on the binary
entirely. Those who do not identify with “nonbinary” as a term, and instead use
terms like genderqueer, etc., are still welcome to use this.
TriAbroSexual – a fluid sexual orientation where you fluctuate between 3 specific sexual orientations. Flag based off of the original abrosexual flag.

Hello! Due to the seemingly ongoing debate as to which definition of pansexuality is right– attraction to all genders vs. attraction irregardless of gender; I thought I’d try my hand at coining a new term to fix that! I ID as pansexual myself but have began to feel increasingly that the label no longer accurately represents me in what it currently means and, I’m sure others (might) feel the same. So, to avoid the headaches and confusion I thought it best.
To lay out some ideas, here are my label suggestions all pulled from Greek/Latin roots/prefixes respectively:
Iso/Para/Equisexual– These mean equal or on the same level and since pansexuals love indiscriminately of gender, I thought it’d make sense.
Idesexual– Ide means idea, thought, shape or picture so I thought this might be a good way to describe how pansexuals are attracted to the idea of someone or their “personality.”
Entosexual– Ento means within and pansexuals are attracted to “hearts not parts” and what’s within one’s soul, so to speak. It would describe being blind to gender.
Dia/Disexual– Dia or di means throughout, between, apart or detached; basically it’s kind of abstract which, the concept of how pansexuals experience attraction kind of is as well. Can conveniently be shortened to “di” like bi.
I also saw a post about possibly creating a new term to describe feelings detached from gender, or not really having a solid concept of preferences/not liking any one gender more than another which I think it describes.

The colors don’t mean anything in particular. I had trouble enough finding a color scheme that didn’t look like an eyesore or too closely like an already existing flag. I tried to retain the light and “happy” feel of the original pan flag while still having noticeable differences. Now, I’m by no means a linguist nor do I have much experience designing anything.
