The attraction prefix “Demi” refers to those who must form an emotional bond before they can feel attraction. Demiobjectum therefore refers to those who must form an emotional bond with an object before attraction is felt.

“This is a Objectum orientation but can be used even if you don’t identify with Objectum! This orientation is based around attraction to plants and nature!”
Flora- refers to those who feel some form of paraphilic attraction towards plants and nature. Not necessarily objectum/open to those who do not otherwise identify as objectum.
Botani-/Botano- refers to those who feel paraphilic attraction towards plants. Above flags are botanisexual + botaniromantic, more attraction variations appear in the original post here.

Idisexual refers to someone who experiences little to no sexual attraction to primary or secondary sex characteristics, but experiences sexual attraction to other physical traits, non-physical traits, and/or changeable appearance; which can also be fluid and change over time. Those who are idisexual might be only be attracted to a trait if it’s exclusive in one gender or to a trait regardless of gender.
Physical traits that might attract those who are idisexual can include; height, body shape, and/or non-sex related traits. Non-physical traits can include personality, gestures, and voice. Changeable appearance can include how someone dresses, their hairstyle, etc.
Idisexual people are not attracted to all people with a given trait, but they are more inclined to be attracted to those with the traits they’re attracted to.
This sexuality can be used on its own, or in combination with other orientations.
This term was coined by Wikia Fandom user AshixNellef1.
Idiflexible is when one is primarily idisexual (having little to no sexual attraction to primary or secondary sex characteristics but experiences sexual attraction to other physical traits, non-physical traits) but is flexible. One can be idiflexible and in addition identify as heterosexual, pansexual, bisexual or be combined with other ace-spec identities.
Term coined by an unknown person. Pride flags made by @themogaidragon.
i know it looks a lot like the sims logo but listen: i came up with a new xenogender (mainly for me but other people can use it).
it’s called ametistique; from the old french word for amethyst + the old french adjective qualifier “ique”. it’s basically a gender that is like, or pertains to, the color, shape, quality, or symbolism of amethysts, or a multitude of those! basically, you feel that your gender is heavily related to amethysts in some way, shape, or form.
anyone can use this xenogender as long as they feel like their gender is related to amethysts in any way.
The Bakery System is a gender system under the xenogender umbrella which are connected to or influenced in any way by the food bakers make, bakeries, dessert and/or bread.
This system isn’t exclusive to these terms, it encompasses anything eatable in bakeries.
Bakery genders
Boulangender: A gender related to French bakeries.
Slicegender: Slicegender is considered the “food” equivalent to demigender and paragender. It can be any percent of the gender associated with it.
Breadgender
Breadgender: A gender related to bread.
Genderbun: A gender related to buns.
Briochegender: A gender related to brioches.
Croissantgender: A gender related to croissant.
Dessertgenders
Dessertgender: A gender related to dessert.
Cakegender: A gender related to cakes.
Stawberrycakegender: A gender related to strawberry cakes.
Chocolatecakegender: A gender related to chocolate cakes.
Tiramisugender: A gender related to tiramisu.
Piegender: A gender related to pies.
Applepiegender: A gender related to apple pies.
Gingerbreadgender: A gender related to gingerbreads.
The Breadgender flag:
All made by us expect Cakegender, Chocolatecake, Strawberrycake !
I made this flag as an alternative because the official flag is honestly very harsh on the eyes with the heavy contrast. I played with the colors and I’m much happier with this version. Created November 2021.

So I first posted this on Fandom but decided I should post it here as well because:
People can vandialize and it would be best to keep all the information elsewhere so it doesn’t disappear completely
I can always edit this post myself and choose what I want in it or how I want it. (But thank you to anybody who has helped me word this better!)
After all the explainations and definations, I’ll have a bit of a story at the end. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Maybe I’ll add it to this post too.
Also known as casslexicon, apalexic, or casslexic.
When one is indifferent towards what gendered language is used for them. They do not have preferences. They let others use any gendered language, such as masculine, femnine, neutral, xenic and others.
This is different from panlexicon, because apalexic individuals do not have any preferences, while panlexic individuals might. Additionally, panlexic individuals actively identify with all gendered language, while apalexic individuals don’t.

Rosenby – A feminine non-binary person. They are a non-binary person or have a connection to a non-binary identity and also have a connection to femininity. This may be through their gender identity or gender expression. It is an umbrella term for feminine non-binary genders, and includes feminine-aligned non-binary people and non-binary people who have a feminine gender expression.
This is a gender that is both pangender and agender at the same time, or between those two identities. It has connection to all genders, and also to genderlessness/agenderness. This could also be a pangender person who feels like they have no gender, or an agender person connected to pangenderness.
Also known as panagender, apanagender, librapangender, and omnagender.
This term was coined by @/arco-pluris on @/beyond-mogai-pride-flags on August 2, 2018, which can be found here. However, the term has been used since at least April 2018, such as in this post.
The first flag has seven stripes. In order, they are
Light gray
Slightly darker gray-blue
Even darker gray-pink
Even even darker gray-yellow
Slightly lighter gray-pink
Even lighter gray-blue
Light gray
It’s meant to demonstrate that the gender is currently/at times empty, while also representing the potential for gender with tinted grays. Blue is for masculinity, pink is for femininity, and yellow is for neutral/other genders.
The second gender is basically a black and white version of the first. It was made before the tinted version, but I felt like it didn’t show the potential for gender as good.
Anyways, I’ve added these flags to the original post! (found here)
Evenic – When one is on the boundary of two different identities.
For example, someone might feel like they’re on the the boundary of being a feminine gay man and being a wlm trans woman.
This was coined as an alternative to cusper, which may be seen as controversial. Also, an evenic individual can be on the boundary of any two identities, unlike cusper, which is exclusively between being a trans person and a gnc cis person, or the binary genders in general.
Evenic was coined by @/kenochoric on April 25, 2021. The original coining post can be found here
Nymboy – Also known as abinboy. This refers to a boy who is completely removed from the gender binary. It’s a kind of boyhood that lacks ties to the gender binary, which includes a relationship with binary boyhood, manhood, maleness, cisness, male-alignment, binary masculinity, and most other widespread connotations of boyhood.
Nymgirl – Also known as abingirl. This refers to a girl who is completely removed from the gender binary. It’s a kind of girlhood that lacks ties to the gender binary, which includes a relationship with binary girlhood, womanhood, femaleness, cisness, female-alignment, binary femininity, and most other widespread connotations of girlhood.
The “nym” in both genders refers to the fact that the user is using boy/girl as homonyms. The gender that they call boy/girl is separate from the binary genders despite it having the same name, making it a homonym.
Nymboy was coined by @/xenoleaf, found here. Nymgirl was coined by u/hiitsyaz on Reddit, but I couldn’t find the original post.
This refers to a strictly aroace person who experience tertiary attraction that they feel is significant enough to mention alongside their aroace orientation. They identify with a nonsexual and nonromantic orientation.
Unfortunately I was unable to find the original coining post or coiner for the term. @/biaroace coined the flag (original post here).
This refers to people who are both ace-spec and aro-spec (not necessarily strictly aroace) who experiences tertiary attraction that they feel is significant enough to note alongside their aroace attraction. This can be any nonsexual and nonromantic attraction.
The term was coined by @/black-aros (now deleted). A reblog of the original coining post can be found here. The original flag (the one above is a redesign by an anonymous FANDOM user) was also coined by @/black-aros. A reblog of the original coining post can be found here.
This is a gender where one is unsure they experience gender at all, but if they do, it would probably be a certain unspecified gender or gender quality.
-gender can be replaced with the appropriate gender or gender quality, e.g. fortassefeminine, fortasseneutrois, fortasseboy.
Fortasse is Latin for perhaps.
The flag has five stripes, which are blue, dark gray, yellow, dark gray, and pink. The blue, yellow, and pink show the possible genders (masculine, neutral/other, and feminine, respectively) while the grays show the possibility of no gender
This term refers to one who wants to be a gender other than one’s own.
Cis people cannot be desigender. Desigender is not the same as internalized or external transphobia. One can only be desigender if they acknowledge their gender (or lack thereof), but still want to be a different gender anyway.
Examples include:
A genderfluid person wanting to be a gender they aren’t currently experiencing
A feminine-aligned non-binary person wanting to be unaligned or neutral-aligned
An agender person wanting to experience one or more genders
This term was coined by FANDOM user Zhaorin on June 28, 2021. It has no sources outside this page.
This is a term for attraction that isn’t “correctly aligned,” in terms of gender.
For example, one’s gender may be unrelated to masculinity, maleness, manhood, and anything derived from or related to that, but still think of their attraction to men as mlm
Terms related to or similar to this example/definition: shadow- (e.g., shadowlesbian, shadowstraight, shadowvincian)
Another example would be attraction to two+ genders, but the attraction to those genders are differently aligned. For example, if someone felt like they were nblnb and wlw, but not nblw or wlnb.
This could be an adjective for attraction labels, so you could put it in front of a glg label, or any other label that specifies both the gender/gender alignment of the one experiencing attraction, and the gender/gender alignment of the one on the recieving end (e.g. dissialigned sapphic, dissidensaligned vincian and enbian, etc.)
Dissidens/Dissi comes from Latin for dissident.
It was originally called aliumaligned/alialigned, coming from Latin for different
A combination of asexual and quoisexual. An aquoisexual individual would feel as if they probably don’t feel sexual attraction, but they aren’t completely sure because they don’t know what sexual attraction feels like.
An alternate definition would be that one is partially asexual and can’t figure out what the non-asexual part of their sexuality is.
This was coined by themogaidragon, inspired by the term aquoiromantic. The original coining post can be found here
Acefog is when one knows that they are acespec, but they can’t tell if they ever experience attraction or if they are completely sex repulsed as a result of neurodiversity. Related to acevague and nebulasexual.
Pink-Maroon represents a connection to femininity. The Light Maroon-Pink represents fingenders and fiaspec. The Light Pink represents AFAB intrafeminine individuals, and the White-Yellow represents Isogender and Intersex intrafeminine individuals.
Intramasculine
Dark Blue represents a connection to masculinity. The Dark Sky Blue represents mingenders and miaspec. The Light Cyanrepresents AMAB intramasculine individuals, and the White-Yellow represents Isogender and Intersex intramasculine individuals.

An microlabel under the Aliquasexual umbrella referring to those who only experience sexual attraction after pondering if they could find said person attractive. Someone who is brinsexual would not be able to find someone attractive unless they have specifically brought the idea to mind.
A term for to those who identify completely as cisgender, plus additional genders. One doesn’t feel partially cis, one isn’t fluid – one is entirely cis, plus more. One may not know specifically what the additional gender/genders are, so cis+ may be the best way to describe it. Or, one may have a lot of genders, but they all feel like they are simply additional to one’s cis identity.

:
Extracis
Being cisgender, but also more than just cis. Similar to extrabinary, but adding emphasis on one’s cisgender identity rather than being nonbinary.
Possible extracis experiences:
Feeling cis by default
Identifying as cis, but also gender hoards
Feeling cis yet genderless
A headmate being cis in headspace but not in meatspace, or vise versa.

“Quasiromantic is a romantic orientation/identity where one’s romantic attraction is definitely present, but differs from “typical” romantic attraction. It doesn’t differ in a way that it is less intense, frequent, or more conditional, but that it is romantic attraction that just feels different than what most would think romantic attraction would feel like, while still definitely being romantic attraction. It is not inherently aro-spec, but it could be for some individuals.” (Source)

A sexual orientation for people who feel like their sexual attraction is present, but exists in a “non-traditional way.” It doesn’t differ in intensity, frequency, or how conditional it is from an allosexual persons, but it feels/is non standard. For example, a quasisexual person might feel like their sexual attraction is a mix of sexual and platonic, sexual and romantic, sexual and alterous, ect. It can be considered acespec but it might not be for all individuals.

Alright, the apothiro flag sucks, has no known meaning, and I’ve only seen like one good redesign, which didn’t get much traction anyway. So I have a better idea.
The cut rose graphic is clean, stands on its own, and can be placed nicely on top of the aro flag (or other graphic). I also think it’d make a nice pin, and the meaning is pretty self-explanatory.
voidplatonic: similar to voidromantic, voidplatonic is an aplspec identity where one’s orientation feels hollow or it feels like a void where one’s platonic attraction or identity should be.
Hi, I am the first apl-culture-is blog. Ok, I actually don’t know that.
Anyway, I first discovered Aplatonicism way back in 2018 on Pride-flags. Back then the community was fairly small and deserted. Since then, the community has slowly been gaining traction and now we have more people than ever. However we are still fairly small and I wanted to give us a place like this blog where we can submit our thoughts about being apl and gain some representation for ourselves.
The term first originated back in 2012 when Mr.Fluttershy came up with it on an AVEN thread. (/source)
I will also give my own personal brief rundown –
Aplatonicism has varied meanings. I understand that can be confusing. But your interpretation of it I believe is really up to you.
From my understanding, Aplatonic can range from being touch averse, lacking Queerplatonic attraction(though you can also use Aqueerplatonic), lacking platonic attraction, or struggling with friendships or any platonic relationship. There is no one way to be Aplatonic. If it suits you, it suits you.
Aromantics who were touch averse, Neurodivergent, who dealt with trauma, struggled with platonic relationships, had no platonic attraction, or didn’t get squishes/want a QPR/experienced queerplatonic attraction – helped to develop the term. Finding accounts of this are harder now compared back when I first discovered this. But some blogs like @aroarolibrary have threads of the history. Though their Aplatonic tag is currently down for now however.
If you have questions feel free to ask and I will answer the best I can or will invite others to!
Genderkinesis is the ability to move or manipulate one’s gender. This term is similar to Imperigender, but non-exclusive, and not just influence over one’s current gender.
The term was coined by IRL friends of Tumblr user @lgbtqiarchive.
The flag was designed by Wikia FANDOM user Lovely.little.ArSoN.
Freak Pride is a term used to describe anyone who has modified their bodies in some way, shape, or form and thus are seen as ‘freaks’ amongst society.
This may also include people with biologically born traits that are seen as ‘unnatural,’ such as people with disabilities, people with physical disorders, people with rare physical traits, intersex people, and similar. It is important to note, however, that this term is usually just for those who modified their bodies, and not for born traits.
This term is not to be used unless the person consents to its use, as the word ‘freak’ is often used in a dehumanizing manner to the people included under freak pride. This term was specifically made to be reclaiming the word ‘freak’ being used on people who modify their bodies, or have ‘unnatural’ bodies.
While this term is not LGBTQ+ on its own, it does include many LGBTQ+ identities and traits, and thus can overlap with the queer umbrella. This term includes, but is not limited to…
People who get tattoos, typically covering large spaces of their bodies.
People who get piercings, typically getting a large number of them, or getting them in ‘weird’ places.
People who get plastic surgery and/or implants.
People who change and/or modify their sex through body modification (altersex.)
Transgender and other cisn’t people who are transsex in order to live as the person they desire to be.
System members who have non-humans and/or introjects that modify their shared body to better match their innerworld bodies.
Freak- is a term used to describe someone who has attraction connected to freak pride. These are listed below.

Freakgay is a term used to describe someone who is gay, lesbian, vincian, gai, symmaic, and/or homoromantic and feels as though freak pride affects their attraction. For example, someone who is freakgay may only want to date and/or is only attracted to other ‘freaks’ of the same and/or similar genders.
Freakhetero is a term used to describe someone who is straight, strayt, contraic, differo, and/or heteromantic and feels as though freak pride affects their attraction. For example, someone who is freakhetero may only want to date and/or is only attracted to other ‘freaks’ of the opposite and/or dissimilar genders.
Freakmulti is a term used to describe someone who is bi, poly, pan, omni, and/or multi and feels as though freak pride affects their attraction. For example, someone who is freakmulti may only want to date and/or is only attracted to ‘freaks’ of the genders they are attracted to.

Freakabro is a term used to describe someone who is abrosexual and/or abromantic and feels as though freak pride affects their attraction. For example, someone who is freakabro may only want to date and/or is only attracted to ‘freaks’ of the genders they are attracted to at the moment.
Freakace is a term used to describe someone who is asexual and/or ace-spec and feels as though freak pride affects their attraction. For example, they may feel as though their limit in attraction is caused or effected by how society views their body modification, and makes them detached from sexual attraction.
Freakaro is a term used to describe someone who is aromantic and/or aro-spec and feels as though freak pride affects their attraction. For example, they may feel as though their limit in attraction is caused or effected by how society views their body modification, and makes them detached from romantic attraction.
Freakunlabeled is a term used to describe someone who is unlabeled, and feels as though freak pride affects their lack of label. For example, they may feel as though defining their attraction to society will further change how they are seen, and makes them detached from labeling their sexuality/orientation.
Freaktertiary is a term used to describe someone who has queerplatonic attraction, alterous attraction, and/or experiences other forms of tertiary attraction and feels as though freak pride affects their attraction. For example, they may feel as though their ability to experience attraction that is seen outside of the norm is due to the fact that their body is outside of the norm.
Freakis is a gender modifier used to describe someone who’s gender is affected by freak pride. This may be considered a xenogender depending on the situation. Examples of this would be freakisboy, freakisgirl, freakisenby, etc.
The term freak pride has been around since at least 2006 by FRRRKguys, a Brazilian website. The terms freak- and freakis were coined by Cryptocrew.
The freak pride flag was coined via FRRRKguys, a Brazilian website about body modification art/culture.

A combination/Subset of both Catgender and Crowgender. When your gender feels like a cat that wants to sunbathe and sneak around; but it also feels like a crow who wants to cause chaos and steal shiny things.
–
This gender doesn’t align to any binary gender, but can be paired with them like Catcrowicboy/Catcrowicgirl
–
The colors come from the combination of the catgender colors, and the crowgender colors. I presented the flag with two different icons for whichever feels more comfortable depending on how much you feel each gender, or if together simultaneously.
–
Some pronouns a catcrowic person could use
Mew/meow/meows/mewself or meowself
Caw/Caws/Cawself
Cro/Crow/Crows/Crowself
Nya/Nyah/Nyahs/Nyahself or Nyaself
Feel free to use, but credit me please :3c!
It’s been coined elsewhere, but I didn’t like the flag much. I also couldn’t find any alt flags, so I made my own.
Meanings:
Grey is demi-genders, purple is androgynous genders, pink is fem/female genders, orange is fem aligned nb genders, black is agender, yellow is unaligned/neutral nb genders, green is masc aligned nb genders, blue is masc/male aligned genders. The colors are put in a gradient like pattern to show that they fade/are fluid between eachother.
Though these are the general meanings, the flag is supposed to include all genders. So if I left something out, I can tweak the meanings.
defined as “a term for when your gender/sexuality is "odd and usual” and hard to comprehend to others, due to being on the schizo spectrum" by genderfauneevee and 2019.

Sunboy ☀️

I havnt seen any label like this one yet so, I figured I’d coin it!
Lesboy flux is an orientation where you’re lesboy identity fluxuates or changes in some way
A few ways this can look are:
1) being Lesbiflux and a lesboy
2) because of the fact your gender changes in some way, the amount you feel like a “lesboy” may changed based on how much of a man/boy you feel in the moment (example, you’re genderfluid, and you feel like a lesboy while you’re male aligned or masc aligned, however you don’t really identify with lesboy while fem aligned/female aligned.)
3) someones abrosexual and may not feel like a lesboy all the time as a result.
Since there was no madscientistcatgender, I decided to make one!!! It’s for primarily neurodivergent people, yet non-nd people can use it too if they feel it describes them!!
