This is described as in some way defaulting to cisgender. Reasons one may be defaulting to being cisgender include but aren’t limited to:

• Being unsure of their gender
• Being unsure of what gender is
• Not being completely sure that they are cis, but defaulting to it anyway
• Not experiencing gender, but defaulting to cis anyway

It was coined because I saw cisgenderless, and wanted to make a similar term that could be used for whatever reason. And also for my friend.
