Tragender: A gender that stretches over the whole spectrum of gender.
Transbodied: A term to describe being at the weird and difficult intersection between gender, sex, spiritual identity, and mental illness (sensory disorder, BIID, dissociation, etc.), while understanding that your mind and body don’t match up in some way that is not straightforwardly related to gender dysphoria, wistphoria, or transition. Traumatgender , Traumatagender, Trautgender or Trauatgender: A gender that varies; it can change a lot, it could be unknown, it could just be there, it could be nonexistent, etc. whatever it is, it was based from intense trauma. should only be used by those who have experienced or are going through what they consider intense trauma. Derived from the word “trauma”
Trigonogender: A nonbinary gender that is figuratively akin to a triangle. As in it has three different aspects but they aren’t quite distinguishable, as if they all integrate into a gender as a whole by their common grounds and distinguishing features, but there is a distinct quality of three. Something of a trinity of gender that you know is there but coexists within the same conglomerate gender. A multifaceted gender, but with a distinct quantity of facets.

Voraciogender: When your gender centers around multiple flavors. A big part of being voraciogender is craving more flavors and gender experiences.
Can be combined with relevant genders. From Latin vorcer, “to devour.”
Whatevergender: When your gender just kinda does things and you just don’t really care.
Wolandgender: A gender which is experienced only as a response to chronic pain or disability, or a gender experience which is changed, heightened or suppressed due to the experience of chronic pain or disability (intended primarily for use by chronically ill or disabled candidates, but could of course be used by candidates temporarily finding their gender experience altered due to pain).
Worldgender: Having multiple genders with such complex relationships and subgenders that it feels like the genders make up an entire world or planet together, each gender affecting the biomes and other features of this world/planet.

Secogender: A gender that is only experienced for seconds at a time. Similar to Minugender.
Sexogender: When your gender is heavily influenced by sex or sexuality. Can be combined with relevant genders.
Sexusgender: You feel that your sex and gender have a special bond with one another; your gender defines your biological anatomy. If you are agender and feel that special connection, you would be a sexusagender (ie. your sex is agender) person.
Shellgender: A gender which is thin, though clearly identified, and yet feels hollow and unfelt.

Donumgender:
A gender that you have been reincarnated as as a reward given by a deity
for good deeds in your past life. Your gender itself is a gift given to
you, something to be treasured. (Note: donumgender can be for any
gender, for example, a deity granting you the ability to shift through
genders rapidly as a secogender would be considered a donumgender if you
feel that it is a gift, so you would be both secogender and
donumgender).
Singender or Sinegender: Having two or more genders and flowing between them and reaching everything in between. Inspired by the oscillations of a sine function graph.
Situational Genderfluid or Situational Fluid: Someone who is situationally genderfluid moves between genders based on their environment. As a subsection of genderfluid, it implies a pattern. See also: Mutogender, Condigender
Skelogender: A gender that’s a big part of you and comes from deep inside, but is obscure and unknowable. A gender that’s unique to you- it’s you and while it’s probably not clear to others, it keeps you together. See also: Egogender, Egoisgender, (Name)gender, Narkissigender, Autogender.
Skhizeingender: A gender that is strongly connected to schizophrenia, or having a gender that is difficult to describe or communicate because of being schizophrenic. This term is exclusive to individuals with schizophrenia or schizophrenia related symptoms. Pronounced: sk-heez-ein-gender
Skoliogender: A gender which is almost recognizable, but is just slightly off; a gender which approaches a recognizable gender, before sharply veering off. See also: Paragender

Spaciousgender:
1) Numerous genders that are small and far apart. 2) A gender that feels spread out like a gas. Note: This term is exclusive to developmentally/intellectually disabled people.
Spanogender: A person who barely identifies with a [said] certain or [said] multiple genders and, therefore, is almost entirely agender. (spanogirl, spanoboy, etc) – Uses the prefix, spano-, meaning scanty or scarce.
Spectragender: A gender that is such a huge, complex, or confusing spectrum that you can’t begin to define it.
Spesgender: A gender defined by hope. Could be a gender you hope to become/find inside of you. Alternately, it could be a gender that encapsulates all that you want to be or represent.
Spheregender: A gender that stretches and overlaps over every other gender like a dome, but is still an entirely different gender.
Spotlightflux or Spotlightfluid: A type of Genderfluidity or Genderfluxuation where your gender changes while you perform (acting, singing, etc.) Distinguishable from drag because you aren’t using a persona, it is actually you with your own gender changing at that moment, not using a separate identity with a gender you personally don’t identify with.

Stromagender: A gender which fills up the space around you; a gender which occupies others.
Sublimigender: A gender which is affected by the use of psychoactive substances.
Sungender: A gender that is warm and happy.
Supertaskgender: You are constantly finding smaller and smaller details about your gender, which is finite, but there are an infinite number of these details to discover.
Supragender or Supergender: Above the threshold for having a gender/having a gender that exceeds above and including a gender; supraboy would include and extend beyond boy and supragirl would include and extend beyond girl.

Sweetgender! A gender that feels sweet, soft, and feminine without being female. Often relates to soft and fluffy things, Sanriocore, and animals like bunnies and cats!
Hyacique, count from the word Hyacinth and the suffix -ique, meaning made of or belonging to. This term refers to men who have relationships with men, or those adjacent to men.
Hyacinth is the name of a flower and of a minor Greek deity. He was a lover of Apollo from Sparta, and died in an accident. He was later resurrected and gained immortality. The root word was chosen for the flower.
The term was created by me with some input from @halloweenz to fill in a space we noticed that was missing; neither of us like Wildean as a term (due to him being an antisemite and a pedophile that targeted boys from my cultural group), and divinchian is unwieldy. MLM has issues of ignoring that some of the community leans or flat out is transfemme and the issues of potential appropriation. ‘Queer men’ has issues of not referring specifically to what we mean. Ultimately I thought not making a term based on a person might be best, and this one refers to a plant and a mythological figure.
Polygynandry or Polyandrogyny: A mating strategy in which both males and females have multiple mates at the same time; An androgynous polyamory, wherein all members are androgyne; The mutual combination of polygyny and polyandry.
Polyanthropy: the mix or gender-neutral of polygyny and polyandry; umbrella term for polygamy and polyamory. A poly- relationship orientation in which a folk has more than one person (multiple folks), amorously or gamously.
Aqualux: a xenogender related to the shadows and reflections caused by light passing through moving water. it may be a fluid gender that seems to shimmer in abstract and ephemeral patterns. it may be refreshing, calming, or soothing.

Mentioning just in case: Genderfluid/Genderflux people are definitely welcome to use these terms. As long as you’re genderless sometimes, you can use them.
Definition: Ideally, you would identify or exist as one or more gender(s), though due to your awareness of your present gender(s), you know you aren’t that/those gender(s). Your yearning to be this gender may fluctuate, but it is typically still present. You may similarly feel this/these gender(s) at certain points, though those moments do not last.
This term is to only be used by trans, nonbinary, or other individuals who are not cis. This is explicitly said as I fear this term may exacerbate internalized transphobia or otherwise harm those individuals.
Specific usages of the term may be phrased like “idealgender boy” or “idealgenboy.”

amplusianvague/amplusvague: a gender that is mostly or around amplusian, but is only approximate due to one’s neurodivergence causing difficulties defining their gender. basically, a gender that one can approximate is in some way fluid, flux, or otherwise non-strict/stable, but their neurodivergence makes it difficult for them to define it fully.

A neurogender that can only be understood in the context of a psychotic disorder. It feels inconsistent, hard to make sense of, disordered, or disconnected from reality.
This gender differs from pyschogender in the sense that one feels as though they are experiencing gender from a nonhuman perspective, possibly feeling supernatural, mythical, or even strange as a result of ones psychotic disorder.

Definition: A gender relating or connected too Bear Culture in LGBTQ+ spaces.
The first name, Ursagender relates to the Latin word Ursa, meaning Bear. It also refers to the Northeast Ursamen organization.
The second name, The second name Ursugender is derived from the term Ursula, or the female equivalent of the term Bear. It also refers to Ursus, a genus in the family Ursidae that includes different types of bears.
The first three colors are similar to colors from the Bear Pride flag. The two shades of blue symbolize masculinity and unity.

So recently someone told me about the term Ambonec and it really fits how my gender feels. Ambonec means feeling feminine, masculine, and neither/neutral at the same time. It’s similar to trigender but instead of separately feeling the three genders it just feels like one gender comprised of the three parts. Ambonec is to trigender as androgye is to bigender. Because the three parts of my gender fluctuate Ambonec-flux is even more accurate for me.
But anyway, I didn’t really like any on the flags that existed for Ambonec so I made my own! (The one above.)

Lovexplosio-: A gender category described as when one’s gender is loud and explosive, increasing in intensity and volume when one falls in love or is in love. Can be combined with other aspects of gender identity, for example:

and as for the terms, i feel like vaguian might be preferred as it sounds like it could be used as both an adjective and a noun, but vaguamorous is also good! and a relationship involving one or more vaguian folks would be called a vagueship!

A gender connected to the moon in some way; a mysterious yet calming and constant gender. The gender may or may not go through phases of
masculinity, femininity, and neutrality ( Lunaeflux ).
The gender isn’t inherently tied to any of the later, but they can be apart of it depending on the users liking (Lunaegirl, Lunaeboy, Lunaenby )
In summary, a gender tied to the moon and possibly the “phases” it goes through.

Sticklowgender is a gender relating to glowsticks, and how glowsticks function.
This gender houses many gender identities, but these identities stay static and in the background of the beholder. They’re there, but cannot be seen yet. When the person releases them, they are all intense and very strong; like how a glowstick glows when you snap it. All of the genders are of the same intensity when released.
This gender makes the holder feel like their identities are glowing; or shining, like they were just released from darkness/emptiness. Similar to some genderqueer identities.
Absentiasexual: (Latin for “absence”) A lack of sexuality entirely, not to be confused with asexual, which is not experiencing sexual attraction. Absentiasexuals may experience sexual attraction to certain genders, but choose not to define themselves as gay, bi, etc.
A nonbinary identity that feels like it matches both male and female, without being connected, influenced, or shirking from either, while also not feeling like another nonbinary identity. A complete and utter feeling of gender androgyny would likely be the closest comparison. This gender might feel like it’s in a triangle with Male and Female.
Its for the feeling of attraction for someone, but its more desirable in your head as their opposite sex, usually different than your own, but can be the opposite of your target of attraction. Acting on the attraction is usually unappealing as you feel you aren’t the right sex to act upon the internal feelings. These feelings aren’t necessarily meant for the comfort of that of who you are attracted, but more for your own comfort.
It can be combined with any pronouns or orientations, but I recommend the Mandalorian pronoun, Kaysh.

Gumgender is a gender/identity relating to gum and bubblegum. This is a gender that often feels very present at times, very bland at times, and other times very intense. It might also feel extremely intense for a period of time, and then suddenly bland/not there at all. (Like blowing and popping a bubble.) The holder of the gender doesn’t have to feel like this, though, and despite it’s implied intense nature; it can also be a very calm gender/identity.
Recommend pronouns: Gum/Gum/Gumself
Pronoun usage example; Gum is so good at that, take it from gum. Gum tries this for gumself all the time.
🌀 felisven –a gender based off of windclan from warrior cats. it feels open, vast, and clear, and is connected to feeling close to the sky (and especially stars). it is fast and may be fluid in nature.
from the words felis and ventus, meaning cat and wind in latin.
🧱 felisan – a gender based off of bloodclan from warrior cats. it feels dark, cold, and dangerous, and is connected to city life and empty alleyways. it feels empty and may be agender or void in nature.

Lapsigender is a term/identity/gender for those who have had traumatic childhoods. It is defined by the holder exploring new childishness/nostalgia through their gender identity, as they didn’t get those feelings with age.
It is not at all affiliated with sexual ageplay of any kind; and while holders of this gender could be age regressers, it is not a gender specifically for age regressers. However, again; this identity is NOT for sexual ageplayers.
It’s a friendly, happy identity that is very fluid and calm. It has a sense of youth; but is not immature. Lapsigender is based on the pleasant feelings people experience throughout childhood; rather than being based on children in general.
Lapsigender also doesn’t have to be one specific gender; it can be an umbrella term for those who are exploring multiple genders with a sense of curiousness and youth. Similar to genderfluid, but is different in emotional/mental terms.
An orientation/modifier for when, due to neurodiversity, a person feels platonic attraction so strongly that it’s almost romantic. The person may struggle to determine if their attraction is platonic, or if it’s actually romantic. They may feel like their attraction straddles the lines between romantic, queerplatonic, and alterous.
Can be used as a prefix for whichever attraction the person thinks fits best, e.g. istosplatonic, or as a standalone, e.g. “I am istos / I feel istos attraction”.
Istos comes from the Greek ἀγνώριστος (a)gnw/ristos), meaning ‘unascertained’ or ‘unknown’.

this flag is for lgbt brazilians, for when you have brazilian ethnicity and/or nationality, are a brazilian diaspora or is of brazilian descent, and are also lgbt. it is inclusive of every brazilian and their lgbt identity.
the first three stripes were based on actual skin tones some brazilians may have. the other stripes are based on the colors of the brazilian flag (“verde e amarela”).

this flag is for mlm/nblm and transfems who identify with the term bicha or bixa, which is used in derogatory way to refer more commonly to effeminate gay men/male aligned people and transfeminine people. it is inclusive of cis mlm/nblm, transfems (mlm/nblm or not), camab nb mlm/nblm, and transmasc mlm/nblm.

Yamikyugender is an aesthetigender that derives from yami kawaii (or sickly cute) aesthetics. its similar to menhera related genders as it revolves around a theme of sickness or underlying dark nature but also involves cuteness and cutesy aspects.
it is different as it has a sinister/ominous/arguably evil energy, with focus on gothic/alt subctures opposed to kawaii culture

In response to the recent news I have learned that the demi flag that currently exists draws its origins from N*zi imagery, @estheefania and I have designed new demisexual and demiromantic flags!
The colors all mean the same things, but these flags are intended to be more safe for Jewish people and other groups that would feel prosecuted and attacked identifying with a flag that uses imagery from the N*zis.

This is a flag for genderthreat!
I swear I saw it somewhere, but when I tried to look it up, all I got was TERF shit. So, if you’re the original coiner of genderthreat or threatgender, lemme know so I can link the coining post.
Genderthreat is when your gender feels threatening or like a threat.
The bottom two stripes mean fear and pain. This is to acknowledge the fear of others and self, as well as the pain which led to that fear or happened as a result of that fear.
The middle stripe means energy. I can’t explain it well with words, but it’s the energy I associate with it, the sort of.. lunge-y energy you get when you’re chasing a friend while playing tag.
The second-down from the top stripe is for protection, either feeling as though your gender is a weapon to protect others or something that lacks protection.
The top stripe is for safety and acceptance. This is for connecting to people like yourself and feeling less like a threat.
The triangle is for hope and healing. It’s for the hope that your gender will feel less threatening to allies and cared ones, and fend off enemies. It is also for yourself and those around you healing from things that made your gender feel threatening.
I made flags for the caninagender subsystem, coined by @xeno-aligned! All flags are meant to resemble the animals they’re related to as much as possible, with the caninagender flag being a combination of the most common colors in the subfamily.

I made flags for the vulpinigender subsystem, coined by @xeno-aligned! Instead of a dog paw, I used a fox paw. The flag colors are meant to resemble the animal as much as possible, with the vulpinigender flag being a combination of the most common colors in the subfamily.
Gender Creative: an umbrella term used to refer to individuals, generally youth, that expand notions of gender, expression and identity beyond what is perceived as the expected gender norms for their society and/or context.

Etymology
From English, literally meaning “an experience
relating to or involving the imagination or original ideas”. The term was coined by
Dr. Diane Ehrensaft, a developmental and clinical psychologist in the
San Francisco Bay Area and the Director of Mental Health and founding
member of the Child and Adolescent Gender Center in 2011.
Flag
There are two flags associated with the term gender creative. [[[((((Suicide TW))))]]] The oldest flag I could find was created by Leslie Ellen Krause, tumblr user sorcerykid, in 2015. (Note: searching Leslie’s deadname, which will not be given here, reveals they are still alive.) Here’s the meaning they ascribe to the flag’s stripes and colors:
The pride flag is constructed of two exterior lavender stripes in
opposition, a composite of the pink and blue stripes found in the
transgender pride flag and an interior white stripe one-fifth the
proportion to the remainder. The lavender stripes representing the
blurring of binary gender roles and expectations whereas the white
stripe represents the questioning of such social norms.
In addition to the above, Leslie posted the flag with a concise color meaning on each stripe. The top stripe represents those who are female-identified, the bottom stripe represents those who are male-identified, and the center white stripe represents freedressing. Freedressing was described by Leslie like so:
freedressing is the tacit acknowledgement that clothing is free of
gender. In the broadest sense, it opposes the policing of masculine and
feminine gender expression and the systematic indoctrination of binary
gender roles and expectations. It subverts the stereotypes and defies
the labels of Western fashion.
Note: Leslie is very open about their fetishism in adult online spaces, which will not be linked to here, stating they are interested in ageplay, as well as a leggings and panty fetishism. Since the term gender creative is most often used to refer to children and young adolescents, I did not feel it was appropriate or in good taste to use Leslie’s flag for this post, even though it was the first-known flag for the term. This note serves to inform those who may not be comfortable using their flag to represent themselves upon learning this information, for any reason.
A second gender creative flag, featured above in this post, was created by a LGBTA Wikia user going by “Willow” in 2020, however, the individual that created and added it to the page is user cryptocrew. The flag consists of three horizontal lines, that, from top to bottom, are blue, pink and purple. In the center are four hexagons nested within each other that are yellow, green, dark grey and light grey, respectively. In the center of the hexagons are a rhombus, and finally, a square, which are light red and dark red, respectively. In the words of “Willow”:
The light blue, pink, and purple represents children/youth
and gender roles/the gender binary, yellow represents genders outside the binary, green represents unique genders, dark grey represents being void of gender, light grey represents fluidity, and the red boxes represent leaving the box/thinking outside the box.

The time is now for gender creative people to have an equal voice in the
LGBT community. Genderqueer and nonbinary people, trans women, and
trans men have been mobilizing for equal rights for decades, but gender
creative people still suffer from discrimination and violence. Many fear
even coming out as their true selves around family, friends, and coworkers. Few
states have laws guaranteeing equal rights on the basis of
gender expression. There are virtually no organized advocacy efforts nor
any recognizable socio-political movement with which to rally behind. We are
frequently alienated and ostracized, even by our transgender peers. I think we can do better.
Xeniserae: an umbrella term inclusive of cisn’t, non-binary, genderqueer and gender-creative/non-conforming individuals, as well as intersex individuals who consider themselves apart of or adjacent to the LGBT+community on virtue of being intersex.
Etymology
The term xeniserae is an abbreviation based upon the words “intersex”, “enby”, “cisn’t”, “queer” and “creative”. This term was created to make an English plural noun to refer to gender minorities (as well as intersex individuals who wish to be included) collectively. The singular would be xenisera. Term coined by Gent (Gender-Resource), 2020.
Flag
The flag was created at the same time as this term, with the first appearance of the flag being this post. The flag consists of seven horizontal stripes of the same size. From top to bottom, the stripes are light blue, violet, light purple, white, lavender, pink and plum. The flag has the following meanings:
The light blue stripe represents transmasculine xeniserae.
The violet stripe represents non-binary xeniserae.
The light purple stripe represents intersex xeniserae.
The white stripe represents all of those who are oppressed on the basis of their gender identity or expression.
The lavender stripe represents queer xeniserae.
The pink stripe represents transfeminine xeniserae.
The plum stripe represents gender-creative and/or gender non-conforming xeniserae.
A foodic/potogender/gastrogender; A xenogender that is related to eggnog, and has elements in it like ingredients of eggnog (vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, or potentially alcoholic). Those “elements” can be tastes/scents experienced by synesthes, or just an aesthetic association.
The brown (#cc6633) references nutmeg, cinnamon, and other spices.
The two shades of yellowish white (#ffff99 and #ffffdc) reference common coloring of eggnog.
The symbol in the middle (#ff5757) is an edited, free-for-commercial-use-without-credit stock image, and is meant to reference cinnamon, which is commonly sprinkled on top of eggnog before it’s served.

A gender for those who who feel their gender fluctuate/change when they experience some for of psychosis
The prefix comes from the first half of the word “psychosis”. But I realize that some may be uncomfortable with “psych*gender” because to some it’s considered a slur so psychgender is just fine too (mod note: i removed psych*gender because of the slur)
this term is ONLY to be used by trans folk who experience psychosis.

Fractalgender: A gender where one’s gender consists of many different
patterns, components, or other genders, and its inner complexities can
only be understood within the context of being neurodivergent. If a
neurotypical person tried to understand it, they would think they’re
seeing the same patterns at each layer, hence the “fractal,” when in
fact each layer means something different to the neurodivergent person.

Tried my hand at a little toric/NBLM flag redesign with more distinctive colors. I’ll probably try making a version sometime with the interlocking symbols more similar to the original flag design (with the male symbol lowered a little from the non-binary one; it just looks better visually imo), but I wasn’t able to find that version anywhere as a downloadable free resource. For now, here’s a version where the symbols are on the same level. I may keep messing around with colors more as well, so expect update posts.
Edit: Yeah, I’ll definitely be messing around with the colors some more. The greens still don’t feel quite right.
