Hi!!! Im uhhh coining a gender!!!! (This is my first time so plz give advice!!)
Sparklegender
A gender that feels sparkly in nature, sometimes feels anoying, messy and all over the place! But it mostly feels bright and shiny. It also gives off happiness and joy!
Vertogender: (Latin for “swap”) Where’s one gender identity does not match up with pronouns or gendered language. Ex: Someone might identify as a boy while going by she/her and being referred to as girlfriend, wife, etc.
Hey it’s ace week and you’re local ace has something to say! I’ve been out as ace for 3 years now and it’s still a big part of my identity that I’m proud of so here’s a lil something for those who need it!
Gendersetri: a gender that is bright, tall, airy, and connected to autumn, trees, forests, cedar trees, syrup, and the sound of wind blowing gently. Etymology: Finnish, “setri” meaning “cedar”

Thinking of making some for more specific colors (plus some specific colorgenders) when I get bored working on the system!
Coolcoloren: A colorgender related to cool/cold colors (blues, purples, etc.) Warmcoloren: A colorgender related to warm colors (pinks, oranges, etc.) Darkcoloren: A colorgender related to dark colors Grayscalen: A colorgender related to grayscale colors (white, grays, and black)
Primarycolorkinic: A gender connected to being primarycolorkin Secondarycolorkinic: A gender connected to being secondarycolorkin Greykinic: A gender connected to being greykin
Pandrogender: When one’s gender is tied to their Panandroaesthetic orientation/attraction. Exclusive to Panandroaesthetic people.
I thought I would make a different Panandroaesthetic orientationgender, just incase this is how it related to someone’s gender, not the way it does with Panandroaesthian. ~Mod Em

Basically i identify as both genderhoarder and genderstash just not entirely. Genderhoarder implies that your fluid between the genders within it while genderstash means you identify as all the genders within it all the time and all at once.
While i can relate to be fluid and multi-gender, i can also relate to being flux, fluidflux, Bigenderflux and Bigenderfluidflux so i thought i might as well coin these missing(?) Terms in the gendercollector catagory as well as some other versions i thought would be helpful. Ill coin sub/combo versions of each of these in other posts.
Edit: a version of an umbrella term for the act of hoarding/collecting genders was coined by @mogai-monarchs about a month ago called Hoardeangender. I originally came up with ( not publically coined) Gendercollector almost a month ago but its flags were in the process of creation. I didnt see hoardeangender until a few days ago Ig consider hoardeangender and gendercollector 2 sides of the same coin? Gendercollector is kinda like hoardeangender but with the extra step of including how the person interacts with their genderhoard and not just to hoard in general.
Gendercollector
A sub-catagory of genders to describe the act of collecting a multitude of genders that fit you and how you interact with them.

After lots of conversation, @velveteen-angel (who coined this term) and I have created a new label that’s similar to quoiflux, but for gender.
Genderquoiflux: where your feelings on gender are hard to pin down and determine. Someones gender may feel as if they fluctuate between different labels (flux) but are not always able to describe their feelings or say what labels they are. Genderquoiflux people may also feel like they identify with multiple labels all at one time, with varying levels of intensity. This can fluctuate rather quickly, sometimes with multiple labels feeling right in one day.
And here’s the flag, created by me (with suggestions and ultimate approval by velveteen-angel):
Please feel free to use this term and the flag, and help us spread the word by reblogging this post!
[Text: Do not screenshot/repost to cringe/flop accounts. Do not start discourse on this post. DNI if LGBTQphobe, anti MOGAI, TERF/radfem, pro cringe culture, racist, sexist, ableist, porn/NSFW blog, or any of the usual criteria.]
Umbrellas like AGIN (agender-in-nature), POIN (polygender/pangender/omnigender-in-nature), UXIN (flux-in-nature), among many others, are extremely useful in categorizing and understanding the many layers gender can have. However, we have noticed a gap in this system that we have decided to fill. We present to you:
Instead of the more common “hoarder” or “genderhoard” terminology, we prefer the less stigmatized “collect”. There is no flag for this term, but any suggestions or ideas are great!
If there is already a term similar to this, we apologize and will include links to that.

gender outlaws are the quintessential rule‐breakers when it comes to
gender conformity. They break rules on how people are supposed to look,
how people can act or participate in which spaces, and rules about who
can be attracted to whom; all often simply by existing. The refusal to
be labelled and identified in accordance with a highly policed, binary
system of male and female, as well as refusing to moderate behavior to
align with sex‐role stereotyping is common amongst gender outlaws.
Historically, being differently gendered publicly or acting outside the
dictates of behavior attributed to gender assignation potentially lead
to life‐threatening situations; however, the increasingly visible
political and social challenge of gender stereotypes and a naturalness
gender status quo exemplifies the modern gender outlaw. These
challenges rarely mean advocating for a genderless society however, most
often encompassing and legitimizing an understanding that there are
more than two sex‐aligned genders.
I searched for some sort of flag for Gender Outlaw, but I was unable to find one. I went ahead and created a flag cause it lacked one, but also because I personally connect to this concept. The flag is predominately white, with a thin, central, horizontal stripe, consisting of six, solid colored lines of the same size. At the top and bottom of the flag is a solid, horizontal black stripe. The flag has the following meanings:
The whiteness of the flag is represents nonbinary and/or genderqueer identities as well as distance from the gender binary.
The central stripe contains six colors: purple, yellow, mint green, peach, lime green and strawberry red. This stripe represents diversity of nonbinary gender. The stripe contains contains all colors, except for pink and blue.
The two black stripes represent rejection of gender norms, non-normativity, gender non-conformation, visible queerness, relationship anarchy, genderfuckery, etc.
So I’ve never done a flag like this and I probably never will again (it’s gonna be rare if it ever happens), but I saw something and I wanted to try it out. I saw a post by someone on r/queervexillology (here it is– eyestrain warning here) asking for a flag similar to this and I thought it would be fun to try.
I normally don’t use super eyestrain-y colors (I at least try not to), but that’s what OP wanted, so.
There’s also a version with the background under the cut. Warning- worse eyestrain)
Conflictusromantic: (Latin for “conflict”) Where you feel both romantically attracted to and repulsed by a certain gender. Ex: The idea of dating a boy is both appealing and distasteful at the same time.
I might try to do a *bit* of gender coining/flags on this blog but they will most likely just be for myself or my friends because I’m very new to it…but this is my first flag that I made today !! I don’t have a name for it yet but I know it’s basically gonna be dollgender but specifically with creepy dolls !! I really vibe with this and hope there is someone who relates :)) it can mean anything you want as long as it relates to creepy/broken dolls in some way :)) help me come up with a name for it !!
Some neopronouns that could be used are doll/dolls/dollself but you can use any pronouns that you want :))
definition: a gender that you find totally by chance and with luck, is a little hazy around the edges, but you feel completely at harmony with it and at times it reflects parts of who you are
from the gemstone aventurine (from avventura ‘chance’, because of its accidental discovery) known as the luckiest of gemstones, the ability to bring harmony into your life, and aventurescence, an effect exhibiting a glistening effect when rotated or looked at different points
definition: It’s just like nonpuer/nonpuella, but it’s a combination of the terms.
Nonpuer is when you feel a strong connection to masculinity, but not entirely male. Nonpuella is when you feel a strong connection to femininity, but not entirely female. [Nonpuer and Nonpuella were coined by someone else]
Nonpuerella is when you feel a strong connection to both masculinity and femininity, but not entirely male or female.
Nonvirmina is the same thing, just a grown up version.

Inspired by the term “redneggender”, which was ultimately changed to “genderbackwards”. I decided to offer my own synonym for redneggender/genderbackwards: conversolum. From Latin, “Conversio” meaning “reversed” or “turned around” combined with the neologistic suffixing “-solum” indicating genderedness. Coined by Gent, (Gender-Resource), 2020.
Flag
Neither redneggender nor genderbackwards had a flag, so this is the first appearance of a flag for this term. The flag consists of nine, solid-colored, horizontal stripes of the same size, with a modified center stripe. From top to bottom, the colors are pastel yellow, lime green, orange, burgundy, white with a thin, black line, dark green, blue, fuchsia and orchid. To keep with a theme of reversal, each stripe is a complementary color to another. The colors have the following meanings:
The pastel yellow stripe represents abinarity and outherinity and is opposite to orchid, representing midbinary gender, in the gender spectrum.
The lime green stripe represents unfemininity and is opposite to fuchsia, representing femininity, in the color spectrum
The orange stripe represents unmasculinity and is opposite of blue, representing masculinity, in the color spectrum
The burgandy stripe represents atrinary genders and is opposite to dark green, representing gender neutrality, in the color spectrum.
The central, monochrome stripe represents reversal and and inversion.
The dark green stripe represents neutrality, epicenity and genderlessness and is opposite to burgandy, representing atrinary genders, in the color spectrum.
The blue stripe represents masculinity and is opposite of the orange stripe, representing unmasculinity, in the the color spectrum.
The fuschia stripe represents femininity and is opposite of the lime green stripe, representing unfemininity, in the color spectrum.
The orchid stripe represents midbinarity and androgyny and is opposite to pastel yellow, representing abinary gender, in the color spectrum.
spaciousgender: numerous small genders that feel spread out, like a gas. this gender is only for intellectually/developmentally disabled/divergent people, as it was coined to contradict and reclaim the term “sp*cialgender”
definition from here! i made the first flag, then decided to make a vertical version and a striped version for easier editing.

I made a post about remembering those who *only* identify as trans: not trans men, trans women, transfem or masc, nb, genderqueer, aligned or unaligned—just trans. And I was thinking last night about how I really liked that concept…not a gender, per se, just an identity defined by transness. Like how people say, “I would always be trans, even if I were assigned a different gender at birth.” I really liked that idea, so I came up with the following concept: Transemphatic.
Transemphatic is an word that refers to those who emphasize transness as a very important part, or the most important part, of their identity. It has ties to concepts such as trans radicalism, anti-assimilationist queerness, and trenderpunk. It can be someone’s only identity, as in, I’m trans and nothing else, or it could be combined with another label, like, I’m a transemphatic woman, a transemphatic man, a transemphatic xeumel*, etc.
In the case of being combined with being a trans man or woman, it could be understood as the person wanting to emphasize their transness, not their (wo)manhood. Someone who isn’t transemphatic might say, “I’m a man,” rather than, “I’m a trans man,” while a transemphatic person would put the focus on the trans part of themself, not the man part.
The concept or state of transemphasis can be a visible one, shown through clothing, pronouns, names, presentation, etc, or a private one, in the way that many labels are private. For an example of a way one personally may show one’s transemphasis, take using neopronouns or emoji/symbol pronouns. The pronouns ⚧️/⚧️s might be used by a transemphatic person, because by using them, one is visibly emphasizing one’s transness in an inescapable way. However, this is just one example, and the concept of transemphasis is a very flexible and personal one, that each person who takes upon the label can and will interpret and contextualize in a different way.
This is a concept I put a name to, but it may already exist in different forms without my knowledge. Anyone can use the term, I’ve never been a fan of making up your mind for you.
*xeumel (n): a nonbinary person.
Unsurprisingly I had more thoughts about this.
It should be noted that being transemphatic does not mean you’re “defining yourself around what you aren’t rather than what you are.” By which I mean: saying you are transemphatic does not mean you’re just saying “I was assigned [x] at birth but I’m not [x].” While that could be a possible usage or explanation of the identity to certain people, that is not how transemphasis was originally created. The concept of transemphasis is a positive one, and transemphasis is based on embracing transness as a concept and state of being.
Therefore, one who has very little involvement or understanding with their trans community may not feel as drawn or connected to the identity. This is neither a positive nor negative statement, nor is it a judgement.
You don’t have to do anything to be transemphatic, you just need to connect with the concept to some degree
Transemphatic doesn’t take the place of other labels. Saying you are transemphatic does not mean giving up labels like “man,” “nonbinary,” “genderfaer,” etc. It just means that transness is a very important part of your queer identity, or the most important part, like I said above.

i finally decided to start posting some of my old ideas, so uh! this is my first take on a xenogender, just for fun
macarongender: a xenogender relating to macarons. this gender may have a soft, creamy inside sandwiched between two sweet cookies. the cream and cookies may be three separate genders, or they may combine into one gender. the cookies may be two separate genders, or one gender split into two parts. it is up to your own interpretation!
the flag was made by taking color samples of irl macarons, and then adding the “cream” inside! the macaron itself is a royalty-free clipart.
animalgender: a gender that is related to an animal, or an umbrella term for animalgenders (lizardgender, mothgender, etc), or a gender that is related to an animal(s) but you don’t know which one but you know it’s related to that animal(s)
I might go in and redesign them or use different colors later, who knows. I kind of want to try it with different typically ‘non-gendered’ colors (or colors that aren’t used for male or boy and female or girl)
Neogender is an umbrella term used to describe any gender coined/created in or after the year 2000. It also includes genders that were given definitions in or after 2000, as long as there was no strong implied definition and/or it was used to describe something different than does now. Neogenders are also MOGAI genders and any genders that don’t fit under Neogender aren’t MOGAI genders. That doesn’t exclude genders that fall under Xenogender, Aesthetigender, etc. due to both of them and every term under them being neogenders.
EDIT: I just realized that the timing on this might seem weird, but I’ve had these sitting around for a white. I just have a mental block or something where I can’t really post flags without a definition, so when I saw that there is one, I figured I would go ahead and post them now.
Commeare- A label to describe the way one loses genders just for others to replace it, genders may “come and go” or may disappear entirely and be replaced with something new. It’s different from flux/fluid as while intensities of genders may strengthen/weaken as they come or leave they’re not actually fluctuating.
Incommeare- A subgender of Commeare in which one’s genders do not come and go independently, as in, there’s at least one static gender of which genders enter and exit. There can be multiple static genders, and they do not have to be permanent, they can eventually enter and exit as well, leaving no static gender for a while until a new one constructs.
Neovicis- A gender that changes so much it feels entirely new, or foreign to oneself, though it’s still the same gender. It may change constantly, or only once, and it may not revert to its original state, have multiple phases it revisits, or never be the same twice.

definition: where many different genders sound like they could fit you, but its difficult to make up your mind; in relation to when you’re taking a quiz, and you think one of the answers is correct, but then another one also looks correct, and you just have trouble deciding
The original aplatonic flag has the 4th stripe as cream, which was originally intended as white but shifted to be cream to be more visually appealing. Personally, even knowing that it was supposed to be cream, I would interpret the last stripe as yellow, and especially when making pride gear of it I would simply use yellow. Yellow makes sense on the aplatonic flag because yellow symbolizes friendship, so it makes sense to have it similar to how purple meaning “sexuality” from rainbow pride flag ended up on ace flag; also, the other version of the aplatonic flag uses yellow + white-grey-black, so that is also establishing yellow on the pride flag. So, here’s an edit of the original aplatonic flag along with the demiplatonic flag I made based on it, having the last stripe as more of an actual yellow.
[Image ID: a 4-striped aplatonic flag with colors from top to bottom being purple, blue, green, and yellow. Second image has the same flag with a black triangle from the left side pointing right towards the center, making it demiplatonic flag]
Vagalumen: a xenogender related to fireflies. it may be softly glowing, comforting, peaceful and have a connection to nature and feelings of wonder. it sometimes is tied to summer, warm nights, and tall grass. this gender may be slightly masculine, xenic, or neutral, though it may be otherwise gendered as well.
Etymology: Portuguese, vagalume meaning “firefly” (which is from Galician, vagar “to wander” + lume “light”)
Coined by me (xenoleaf) on October 18th, 2020. Flag is also by me and are free to use, no credts required!
[image 1 description: around the flags are many small yellow dots of varying sizes with darker yellow rings around them, representing fireflies. behind them are 5 concentric horizontal stripes aligned to the center. from the center outward the stripes are pale yellow, dark yellow, orange, purple, and dark purple. the orange and yellow stripes are thinner.]

I decided to finally come up with a definition for gender disobedient(or gender non-compliant.) This was a term coined by my me and my ex-wife.
When someone decides that their gender – whether it’s gendered language, pronouns, presentation, labels, etc. – does not conform to conventional social or physical categorization of gender. It’s the refusal to participate in gender or the abandonment of gender as a construct.
This flag implies a choice to be gender disobedient, similar to labels like genderpunk or my ex-wife’s identity “genderfucked”. This label does not have to inherently mean genderless, gender neutral, xenogender, or nonbinary. Instead, this identity is implicative of a sociopolitical movement in defiance of society’s idea of gender. However, this is NOT a refusal to recognize culture-specific genders nor is it a refusal to recognize anyone else’s gender in general. It’s a way to answer the question “What is your gender?” with “Not applicable!”
A fluid xenogender that seems to have infinite/hard to describe
facets. While an aycir can present as anything, their gender isn’t
strictly masculine, feminine, or neutral. An aycir may lean more towards
one or more of these, though.
Comes from the words Ay (adj. meaning ever, indefinite time) and Circum-
(prefix meaning circular, as circles have both infinite and no sides).
Colors are grey and purple (mystery), blue (fluidity), yellow
(spontaneity).
Genderapiformis: a gender that is bee-like, colorful, connected to honey, amber, and summer, as well as being connected to bees Etymology: Latin (New), “apiformis” meaning “having the shape of a bee”
Gendertugurium: a wholesome, cottage-like gender. This gender is like a mountain at nightfall, with the owls and crickets chirping through the air. A gentle wind blows through this gender, and it is connected to pine forests, mountainsides, large cabins, fireplaces in the midwinter, cold wind, and the sound of rain on a wooden roof. Etymology: Latin, “tugurium” meaning “a cottage, a hut”
Hallowcandyic: a gender that is connected to Halloween candy, Halloween in general, and Halloweencore. Candies under this term include (but are not limited to): candy corn, chocolate, and various other fruit and “stereotypical” candy you receive on Halloween. A blend of Hallowgender and Candyic.
Gendervenenifer: a gender connected to snakes, poisons, and potions. It can be distantly connected to Halloween and may be considered a hallowgender of the likes. Etymology: Latin, “venenifer” meaning “poison-bearing” or “containing poison”
