Okay, so, I saw the flag for virsoft and liked it, but wanted to do something a little different.
Here is gentlevir! This is a flag and identity for someone who has a soft or gentle male-related gender. I guess you can also use it interchangeably with virsoft.
We’re back at it again for everyone’s favorite tool in the MOGAI community: -in-nature labels! Umbrella terms and standardized terms are our best tool for organizing the thousands of labels created and used here. Therefore, we are proposing:
KEIN | Kenochoric-In-Nature
No idea what kenochoric labels are? They’re genders that are related to liminality, instability, voids, intangible concepts, nostalgia, darkness, distortion, and other things. The term itself comes from the word kenopsia.
Although “kenochoric” functions fine on its own, creating an -in-nature label is beneficial for community organization. Conveniently, “kein” means “not any, none, not a[n]” in German, aesthetically matching the void themes in many kenochoric genders.
As always, flag ideas are always accepted, although we’d prefer to just stay with the existing kenochoric flag because I have no intention to take away from the original label.
Pendulic– A musicagender based off the band Pendulum. It is influenced by, or related to, their music. Flag colors and symbol based off of the album In Silico.
Coer is a metalgender from the alloy system. It represents a nonbinary gender that may not necessarily be neutral or genderless (like zin and tian respectively). It is defined by copper alloy.
Coloransian, sometimes colorfluid, is a gender that shifts on a spectrum of colors. It is described as a powerful gender, and the palette and array of shades may be pastel, saturated, muted, or anything in between.
Comgender means that one does not want to specify their gender. They may in fact possess a gender or genders, but are unwilling or unable to give their gender to those who may want to know. Most are, however, willing to state that they in fact possess some sort of gender. See also allogender.
Condigender people only feel a certain gender under certain circumstances. For example, a condiboy may feel like a boy only when with his friend, or a condigirl may only feel female when she is happy. It can be any scenario and any gender.
Constellian is a nonbinary gender on the galactian system of alignment. It is technically demigender solstellunarian meaning it is part solarian, part stellarian, part lunarian and part something else (except singularian). The other part can be absolutely any gender.
Cro is a metalgender on the alloy alignment system. It can only be defined, felt, expressed and perceived by the cro individual. It is primarily for gender hoarders, similar to egogender and some neurogenders and is represented by chromium alloy.
Cryptidgender can only be truly understood by neurodivergent individuals, those with psychotic disorders, and mental illness. One feels they are experiencing their gender from an alien/cryptid perspective and the gender is disorganized and muddled. See also aliengender, stargender and some other alien-type genders.
Genderkrossfiskur: a gender that is like a starfish. It is connected to spring, summer, the ocean, and a small beach. Etymology: Faroese, “krossfiskur” meaning “starfish”
Seesterngender: a gender that is like a starfish sitting in a kelp forest. Etymology: German, “Seestern” meaning “starfish”
Genderhitode: a gender that is rare, bright, colorful, and lives in an ocean of many genders, like a starfish. Etymology: Japanese, “hitode” meaning “starfish”
Starfallgender: A gender related to the idea that the stars are falling from the sky. Encompasses meteor-showers, constellations, and peace. It is related to star-gazing, acceptance, and the beauty in the way things end.
Valicanic- genderhoarding label that’s related to the void, liminal spaces, darkness, or the uncanny. May also be related to kenochoric genders as a whole. Can also be called “void-hoarder”
Skyfallgender: A gender related to the idea that the sky is falling. Related to dread, confessions, and the end of the world. Might feel like when you put your finger on whatever your gender is, it breaks and falls away, or changes. It could also be related to sky-themed celestial genders and the way they can fluctuate; that as your sky-gender fades/fluctuates, it “falls” into a different gender, or transforms to become something new (as if a dawn-related gender transforms into a dusk related gender). Perhaps a feeling of in-between.
A new term I don’t think has been coined, Oxgender!
Definition: A gender which aligns with people who associate themselves with Oxen/cattle or feel traits related to Ox. This gender can feel aggressive time to time, but it is mostly very relaxed. It is full of wisdom, and is very powerful, especially around those the person loves.
Color Meanings:
Brown: Reliability and protection, especially towards others
Beige: Calmness and Elegance
White: Associated with relaxation, it is a very calm and simple
Black: Associated with power and strength; Black represents a strong mind and/or body
Pronouns: Ox/Oxen/Oxself
Examples: Hey have you seen ox? I haven’t seen oxen in a while. Maybe ox wants to be by oxself, though.
Sylvaic is a gender that is influenced by ones longing to be in a forest and ones connection to forests. This gender encompasses feelings of longing, pining, and yearning and it feels free and tranquil.
A person who identifies as Sylvaic feels connected to forests of any type, basically!
HNOCgender is a musicagender to the album High Noon Over Camelot by The Mechanisms, and the fiction surrounding it.
This gender may feel related to Arthurian folklore, cowboys/cowfolk, deserts and their heat. It may also be accompanied by feelings of hope, doom,
solitude, chaos and violence.
Color meanings:
– Red represents fire and blood.
– Dark red represents doom and passion.
– Orange represents rust and sand, as well as the desert.

Kitgender a xenogender created to be a more inclusive equivalent of kittyboygender and can be used by anyone who identifies as half human and half cat. May be be defined as being similar to purrgender, and may be described as an additional label under kitten/kittygender.
A person who identifies as kitgender may species and/or age regress, or identify as half human half cat for any variety of reasons, or both. A person might also simply identify closely with small cats, kittens, and things associated with them such as the softness of cat fur and paws, cats purring, or the twitch of whiskers and tail flicks. These things may be linked to a persons species and/or age regression but not necessarily.

I just created a unofficial poly curious flag!! I was wondering why there wasn’t really any just yet.
If you don’t know what poly-curious, poly curious, poly questioning is then here’s a google definition:
Polycurious means I’m curious about polyamory or non-monogamy. Polyamory (from Greek πολύ [poly], meaning “many” or “several”, and Latin amor, “love”) is the practice, desire, or acceptance of having more than one intimate relationship at a time with the knowledge and consent of everyone involved.
Here’s the meaning of the colors and everything.
The white stripes on both sides represents, the questioning of if were non-monogamous, monogamous or both.
The two thin red stripes represents, the love passion we carry through while figuring out and supporting eachother in the community.
The black represents, thoes who must hide their feelings from the outside world.
The purple on the bottom represents the navigating within the poly groups. It’s a grey like purple because we’re questioning/curious to what we’re preferencing yet, like being in a triad, quad, v, ect.
The light blue in the middle represents the flow of emotion and honesty we have with ourselves and others while getting to know our sexuality’s.
And the light pink question mark in the middle of the flag represents, our questioning of what we feel all together and what we want to navagate through.

Farlandic: A gender related to the farlands from Minecraft.
It may feel as though it is glitching, breaking, or is hard to comprehend. It can also be related to glitches, vastness, incomprehensibility, and the uncanny, and may shift, disappear, or become unable to be described. It may also feel as though it is filled with a void, or with static.
Can fall under kenochoric and/or obscurian.
This is merely a flag proposal. I wasn’t 100% sure how to go about it, so if anyone wishes to make improvements or an entirely new flag that’s totally fine! I made three variations, a general flag, one with a static overlay, and one that is softly blurry (I tend to make multiple variations and overcomplicate flags a bit lol)
The flag colors are not exact, but are based off of the colors of the game’s blocks, the first stripe is meant to be the topmost layer which would be grass and is a lighter, more muted green, it can resemble more of a taiga biome grass. The top two greys are based off of stone and diorite, and the third layer is to vaguely resemble the light you’d often see, much like a void, between the layers of or chunks of land in the farlands. The darkest grey is bedrock and the black is the void beneath it.
The meanings are as follows:
– Vague familiarity and nostalgia – The unknown and incomprehension – Disappearance, glitchiness, and fluctuation – Vast nothingness, the uncanny and void – Far from starting point; difficulty to reach – The mysteriousness and staticity of the end void, the “deepest/furthest” points of the gender, or even “past versions” of the gender

I wasn’t a huge fan of the existing shadow- flags due to the number of stripes and the black to white gradient. I also didn’t think some of the colors really… fit the identities (at least not with my synesthesia), so I thought I’d make some newer ones.

My friend came up with the most brilliant term that I am going to use to identify myself from now on. It’s called “gender agnostic.” We use it because we don’t know what gender actually means or what its origins are, where it came from. We can know what it means to us or to other people, but we can never know its objective meaning or what causes it. We cannot even identify as agender, or devoid of gender, because we do not know what constitutes gender. In the lack of objective truth, norms, rules, pretenses, or assumptions, we are free to simply be.

A chronic pain flare in January and February seriously disrupted my Aro Week content plans. Nullvir: The undefinable, intangible, nullification, and uncreation of gender in the scope of being male or male-aligned, either partially or fully. It is a male-related identity that is nonexistent but present; a gendered void.
Virpunk: A colloquial term, within the scope of male-related and male-aligned experiences, for a culture of resistance against gendernormativity; a male-related or male-aligned identity that in and of itself is a resistance against gender norms, homophobia and transphobia, oppression, and societal status.
Aporagender flag redesign ideas because it’s a little weird to have pink (fem), blue (masc), and purple (in-between) included in the flag if it’s an identity removed from those concepts.
