Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu warns the Houthis: The Houthis will learn well what Hamas, Hezbollah and Syria learned from Israel, even if it takes some time.
So, i saw on my phone where any islamic person attacked Germany during the Christmas party at the park. The police looking for those crimes while the protesters are yelling and running every time. 200 people are injured, and others died during the massacre in Berlin. As the police knowing the situation was begin at December 21th, the protesters kept screaming while braking stuff like other protesters do in France. I’m feeling very bad for the German people, so the terrorists must be caught and arrested for causing crimes at Christmas.God, i wish this year would end good, and every will be good at the new year 2025.
Important reminder that malnourishment, while often can be visible on the outside, is a STATE, not a LOOK. Fat people can be malnourished. Malnourishment ≠ skinny. Malnourishment means a person isn’t getting all the necessary nutrients their body needs to keep itself healthy and energized. Already fat people will not automatically become skinny if they become malnourished, for the exact same reasons that many fat people can’t/wont/have difficulty becoming skinny in the first place. Which is normal. It varies by person.
We need to abolish the idea that you can tell a person’s health by whether they’re fat or not.
Speaking for myself, I’ve actually become fatter even though I’m malnourished (due to parental control, disability and mental illness). This is because 1. the foods easily available to me in my current condition are often high calorie and fatty – partly because I crave more calories and fats due to my imbalanced diet and exhaustion. And 2. Because my ability crashed heavily within the last two years and I don’t have enough energy to exercise regularly, or do so without pain and exhaustion.
Malnourishment is so much more than weight. It’s lack of fibres, vitamins, essential nutrients, iron, and much more. It’s Eating just enough to not feel hungry, instead of eating so you feel satisfied and full.
Another important addition that fat people who DO become skinnier due to malnutrition are often praised for it and encouraged to stay that way, instead of helped. Which is entirely completely fucked up. People view them being skinnier as a net positive, even if it’s caused by their health state plummeting. Skinny ≠ healthy
What malnutrition can look like visually, aside from weight
– Eyebags, wrinkles, poor skin health, skin discoloration, dryness or greasiness, acne, skin appearing less taut, bones becoming visible (regardless of weight, this happened to me)
– poor hair condition such as greasiness, thinning, being brittle or dry, falling out
– lips looking pale, dry, cracked, tongue discoloration, pale gums
– poor nail and cuticle health, hangnails, brittle and or cracked nails
Of course, the most obvious signs aren’t always purely visual (constant exhaustion, struggles in physical activity, irritability and mood problems, stomach/gut health issues), but I wanted to highlight nonetheless.
Not all of these are strictly caused by malnutrition itself, but they can also appear alongside it due to malnutrition often being caused by/coming with other health troubles or general life difficulties.
a form of attraction related to cannibalizing and being cannibalized by a favorite person, bleeding in said person’s arms, said person bleeding in your arms
Intended as a hyperplatonic term but it could be romantic or sexual
Legal transitioning flag (left) and sartorial transitioning flag (right).
Legal or judicial transition: Changing one’s legal gender or gendered name. Not everywhere it’s changeable, some places require proof of social or medical transition, however, there are self-id laws allowing anyone to change genders in documents, or abolishing gender in documents, except for passports;
Sartorial or vestiary transition: Changing one’s clothing gender. This might be seen as cross-dressing or transvesting, however some see this as a form of transition, especially of a trans* person, such as a transvestite or transvestic folk. Not necessarily leading to corporeal or physical changes in one’s body, however some use it in addition to accessories and wardrobe, their hairstyle or to change the usual amount of hair.
These can be contrasted with social transition and medical transition. Not everyone who medically transitions is willing to transition sartorially, not everyone who transitions legally ever transition socially. Everything is possible.
Love addiction is a proposed model of pathological passion-related behavior involving the feeling of being in love. Love and relationship addicts often feel their life has no purpose or meaning if they are not in love, or in a relationship. Being in a relationship is what makes life worth living.

Full set of SpecialGender flags!! Top is SpecialGender, then bottom left is SpecialGirl, then bottom right is SpecialBoy!
SpecialGirl – someone who identifies as a trans woman but was afab
SpecialBoy – someone who identifies as a trans man but was amab
SpecialGender – anyone who identifies as trans but was assigned “cis” at birth
A SpecialGender is someone who was assigned male or female at birth but identifies as someone who was born as a different gender than that! SpecialGirls identify as someone who is transitioning from male to female and we believe that we should have been born male so that we could be trans women! Vise versa for SpecialBoys. This means that we are not cis and should not be identified as such. We are trans! We do not agree with our gender assigned at birth and we should have been assigned a different gender so that we could identify as trans.
This flag represents those who are MTFTM (detrans), SAMAB (self-assigned) male transitioners (AGABpunk), plural systems, circumgender, or intersex/altersex (varsex) people with complex experiences with gender/sex, for example, plus many more experiences I couldn’t describe in simple terms. Many times, it could be a subtliden identity (aka ‘contradictory labeling’ or contrapunk).
Chaotithing is a term for when all (or most) aspects of your identity are messy and unorganized. This can cause blurring between different aspects of your identity (gender, plurality, orientation, disability, etc.), cause you to experience abstract/“contradictory” labels (Cis Nonbinary, Recugender, Mspec Lesbian), and/or cause you to willingly accept the chaos of your identity and use labels you may not 100% fit under definitions for because of complex experiences (Lesbiflux, Semi-Bi, Blurkind, etc.)
.
This term was originally posted April 2nd, 2022.
This term is all-inclusive. Chaotithing covers Gender, Orientation, Plurality, Alterhumanity, Otherkin, Aldernic, Neurodiversity, Disability, etc. All complex forms of self-identification can apply.
This term is NOT for transID to use.

Isn’t ssooo crazy that the ‘defender of women’s rights’ constantly attaches and harasses women who aren’t hyper feminine looking all the time or who otherwise don’t fit in to the gender binary
That’s sooo willld
Transphobia, Misogyny and Racism all intwined and like the bigot JK is she is once again doing all three.
Never forget: intersexism has a long, shared history with eugenics. Eugenicists thought black people were more likely to be intersex than white people because they deemed black people to be “less evolved”.
This has been debunked over and over again but it persists because racism and intersexism have this shared history.
Doctors and bigots will bend over backwards to downplay the prevalence of intersex variations in the white population (e.g. denying PCOS hyperandogenism and Klinefelters as intersex because they are “too common”) while at the same time these same gatekeepers will view those common intersex variations as Full Blown Intersex whenever it’s a black person (especially a black woman).
Another attraction form:
Abmitial attraction: wanting to lose someone from your current life, but not necessarily from your lifetime.
Reasons for losing someone: you’re now enemies; you want them to only stay your memories (memorally affective/memorial relationship), so not forgetting them; at the moment you want to keep them away from you, so in the future you’ll be prepared, lustful, mentally stable, or fruitful; etc.
It derives āmittō meaning to let go, let slip, let fall. It could also be named perditial (perditus meaning lost).
I think it is certainly possible, but I do see it as rather theoretical with few cases for application. As we understand it, forms of attraction should be coined with the possibility of a relationship in mind.
It is true that not everyone will prioritize and/or desire relationships, regardless of the type of attraction that may or may not be involved, but it appears to be more common than not that people do indeed form and desire relationships, and it admittedly irritates us when attraction forms are coined seemingly without any consideration for a resulting relationship. With that in mind, I struggle to see relationship applications with this proposal.
Additionally, I do not see this proposal as being particularly distinct. Is the characteristic of not wanting to know about the target an active force, or is it passive, more on the level of apathy? If it is the latter, then I do not particularly see how this could necessarily be an attraction. Attraction, as I understand it, draws people together, whereas apathy is more stagnant.
I hope this makes sense. I appreciate the chance to actually discuss potential terms. We very much enjoy discussing theoreticals and applications, beyond simply the coining of a term or creation of a flag.
I’d say lunaic relationships could exist in a network/business relationship, in a communicative or requiringly cedural way, for example.
Lunaic can also negate the double intersection in solaic, in which, using mathematical logic, it could be one thing without the other (mutual bond of comfort or understanding without deep connection, vis a vis).
It could also mean a potentially ghostable relationship like friendzone, an emotionally disconnected relationship desiredly/willingly/wantingly. But also being attracted to uncomfy situations in which you’re involved with the person (not necessarily kinkily as it could be formal/just a desire).
Try thinking about non-presential sensual attraction or a non-virtudinal emotional attraction. They technically exist, right? Some emotional connections I felt in life I believe were consanguineously ancestral. Sometimes we feel things biochemically that are tied to our neurotransmitters, and they are not necessarily psychological as emotional would traditionally mean. Imagine a sensual counterpart to sexting. It’s not physical, right? Rather fictional.
Also, knowing about the person (as in noeti-) is something many fray- people feel as deal breakers for their attractions, something that also distinguishes it from litho- and norecipro- people.
Reading the last sentence, it could be an impersonal attraction that is presence-indifferent. So presential relations could happen.
Attractions that negate other attractions have existed for awhile, such as aromantic attraction, alterous, nonsexual (David Jay identifies this way).
And the fact that this could be insatiably impossible, unconquerable, or unachievable only contributes to its deservingness of existence in our collective imaginary, since lunatic is seen as insane, sickful, delusional, or hallucinational.
Something curious is that correlacionado (co-relative, co-relational, or co-relationated) and correlatado (co-reported or co-narrated) are both translated as corelated in English, but they have dissimilar meanings. Though I prefixed co- with synonyms making unusual borrowings or blendings, but it also loses some nuances or connotations, the concepts are still there and knowable.
I was sad seeing the ‘inclusivity flag’ did not mention disabled people at all. Disabled people are often left out of pride events due to a lack of accessibility, being thought of as being unable to communicate their queerness and infantalisation of disabled people.
I propose this flag which includes zigzag stripes and more muted colours as a reference to the disability flag. Because queer, disabled people are so often left out from pride events it is important we be remembered.
[Alt text two versions of the inclusivity flag – one of which includes the intersex flag.
Both of these inclusivity flags have been made to have more muted colours and the rainbows zig-zagging down the flag, akin to that of a disability flag.
There is a dark grey background in the gaps at the top and bottom of the flag.]
Made the tiniest bit of adjustment to this flag, to neaten the lines.
This flag is BEAUTIFUL! Please please PLEASE reblog and popularize this! Disabled queer people still are left out of so many LGBTQIA+ conversations, and even pride month or queer spaces (ie; queer bars) don’t have sufficient accommodations for them.
If you don’t already know, this flag is based on the previously existing disability flag(s).
Neruogender: any self-identity in which a person feels that their gender identity is somehow linked to– and best described in connection with– their neurological type (neurotype), neurological conditions, neurodivergence, mental variation, or mental illness.
Although words like butch, femme, masc, and fem have been applied to nonbinary folk since their inception, they don’t always meet the needs of non-binary people in comfortably describing the way we look.
So here are a new additional set of options! We’ve considered two different “axes” here – one that relates most closely to the masc—fem scale, and one that considers “effort”, or a level of… drama or ostentation in a look. They can be combined as one pleases or used individually!
Additionally, please apply them at will to yourself based on your own ideas about what it means to dress femininely or dramatically or androgynously etc. These words are not to be held hostage to cissexism or gender roles. These words also describe presentations that are inherently not binary – the only reason we’re using words like “masculine” and “feminine” to describe them at all is for ease of communication.Theycan and should describe particular looks, including those that people are inclined to gender, without actually gendering them.
Note: These are not coined with the intention of being gender identities. They have nothing inherently to do with gender identity. You can be a demigirl stag, etc. (That said, if someone wants to use them as a gender because you feel it’s tied closely to your presentation, we’re certainly not stopping you.)
Here they are!
Stag: A “masc”, “butch” or “tomcat” equivalent, describing a presentation one considers to be associated with ideas about masculinity, or a presentation others might consider masculine.
Fox: Describing an androgynous, fluid, or combined presentation; can be applied to any presentation a person feels doesn’t resemble the other sides of the spectrum.
Swan: A “femme/fem” or “doe” equivalent, describing a presentation one considers to be associated with ideas about femininity, or a presentation others might consider feminine.
Sparrow: A casual, minimalist, muted or low-effort presentation. For example, for those folks who just roll through their closet and go.
Crow: For presentations that are in-between, combined, or fluid along a scale of effort/ostentation.
Peacock: For presentations that are high effort. Glam, dramatic, flashy, flamboyant, attention-drawing, etc. Dressed to the nines, so to speak!
so anyway tag urself
(chart meant purely to be silly and fun, not to suggest actual criteria or associations. Disregard entirely if you resonate with the terms but not these goofy tidbits.)
I’m definitely along the stag-sparrow-crow spectrum but I’ve dabbled in lighter swan presentation in the past. I think those four in varying combinations and fluidity are where I’m at.
(I wrote 3 long paragraphs explaining the colours, as I usually do, but Tumblr did something weird and reverted the post back to a previous state without what I wrote. I don’t want to re-type all that now…)
hmmm…unsure on the names for these genders or really what potential flags would look like, but faesari/cenrell/censari counterparts for maverique (self indulgent names due to being based off battle network characters i feel embody femininity, masculinity, and androgyny respectively)
irisean: a person who feels most comfortable on the maverique spectrum, but feels a specific connection to femininity.
baryllean: a person who feels most comfortable on the maverique spectrum, but feels a specific connection to masculinity.
serenadean: a person who feels most comfortable on the maverique spectrum, but feels a specific connection to androgyny.
colonellean: a person who feels most comfortable on the maverique spectrum, but feels a specific connection to epicenity.
trillean: a person who feels most comfortable on the maverique spectrum, but is fluid between all these elements/isn’t consistent on where on the -ean spectrum of gender they align with on a daily basis/has a generally fluid or pangender/omnine alignment
(note: in this context, epicenity means being both masculine and feminine at once while still being neither in alignment, while androgyny means being a blend of masculine and feminine.)
ableism and transphobia? wow! that must have really given your two brain cells a workout, coming up with something that devastating
also I’ll take this as you conceding the argument, since all you’ve got left is insults. thanks for playing!

IM FREAKGENDER
me too
actually can we reclaim freakgender? I kind of like the sound of it
let’s do it, i’m in
ngl I honestly like freakgender more then a lot of other terms that I’ve heard
SAME
Y’ALL IT’S A THING (I and @aspieko collaborated on this)
It’s Genderfreak so not exactly the same but this literally why it was created
I don’t remember all the color meanings 100% but I do remember purple was for dignity and the spear represents Continuing To Fight if u wanna use it I’d be so glad tbh
If you figured out some kinda meaning for the rest of the colors I’m sure it could get more people hyped. If you want I could make an updated flag that’s square/rectangle and more crisp for people to use?
Also I’m glad you mentioned the name Genderfreak because it made me learn about a movie I now need to watch.
It’s relative to that outherine gender, but separate and entirely on it’s own. It’s proximal to that outherine gender in the gender spectrum.
Useful for those who either know they have an outherine gender, but cannot determine exactly which one, or people who, like me, have an outherine gender that’s a combination of two or more outherine genders.
Just like proxvir and juxera are MIA and FIA, respectively, but don’t need to be MIN and FIN; Proxouther is OUIA, but not necessarily OUIN.
It’s different from Aproxora in that Aproxora, just like any aporine gender, can have comgender neutral qualities. I, particularly consider aproxora as the combination of Juxtaneu and proxouther, and identify with it in that way.
[PT: Proxouther. End PT]
Funnies:
I found the term panromantic before knowing the word pansexual (I think it was around 2013 or 2014). But that’s cause I was just an ace learning about romantic identities. 🤓
In my first job interview, another fellow job applicant said my surname is non-binary. At that time I didn’t even know what non-binary was (it was in 2015 I think). 🐈⬛
Panrospike. -spike is a suffix found in the spreadsheet of @ask-pride-color-schemes and panro is a common abbreviation for panromanticism. Though I can see that it would mean the opposite, that you’re mainly panromantic but changes it during spikes lol. I think there was an inverse term for -spike, that would fit.
Amorplatonic, I think, is a form of orchidromantic.
See mesi aro or caligoromantic.
I couldn’t find a definition for curvus-, but my memory says I saw a term named like that.
Aego- could be used for different reasons, and depending how it’s used it has different related labels. But since you mentioned iamvanoromantic, it gives me some direction for what you’re trying to mean. Though I don’t keep up with new aspec terms anymore, maybe there are.
See also: propeest, schromantic, chameleoromantic, and myrromantic.
Demiboyflux: this one is polysemous (different interpretations), it could mean you’re half boyflux and the other part is not boyflux, so like a demigender of boyflux, it could mean you’re always at least half a boy and it fluctuates the intensity of this boy identity (so sometimes you’re magiboy, others hemiboy, and others pixelboy, for example), so like a demiboy genderflux experience. There are more interpretations that could be equivalent to the ones I just said: it has a demiboy part that is diastimian (stable, not flux) and the other part is fluxing (fluxuating) [see demiamplusian and gendergaz]; genderslider experience; being partially a boy and partially another gender, but their presence or percentage is fluid (see BoyfluxdemiboyVS).
Reposting all the symaic/gay outher-centric orientations I coined here.
All this terms are named after exoplanets, as I associate exoplanets, orbiting other stars and being part of other galaxies, with outherinities.
These aren’t specific gender-loving-gender terms, but rather can be used by anyone who feels their attraction to any of the outherine genders is gay, regardless of their actual gender.
Also, when talking about different gender qualities here I’m talking about viagender/core qualities (_IAspec), rather than in nature qualities (_INspec).
The terms are as of now:
Cuancoanic
[PT: cuancoanic]
An orientation label for those who are gay towards ainemine gender or genders of any outherine quality that can be compared to femininity, while still being brand-new and distinct from it.

Why cuancoanic?
[Pt: Why cuancoanic?]
From the exoplanet cuancoá. Cuancoá was chosen because the planet is named after the U’wa name for the morning star, Venus, a planet associated to femininity.
Just like Cuancoá is the U’wa equivalent to venus; Ainemininity is the outherine/aporine equivalent to femininity, and Cuancoanic the aineminine equivalent to lesbian.
An orientation for those who are gay for maverine genders, autonomous/autonomine genders and other outherine genders characterised by gender autonomy.
The flag:

Why fortitudian?:
[PT: why fortitudian?]
The name comes from the exoplanet Fortitudo, orbiting the star Libertas in the constellation of Aquila. It was chosen because both the name of the planet means “strength, fortitude” and the star that it orbits was named after the goddess of freedom and after freedom itself. In a sense, they can be seen as representing the strong sense of gender and the autonomy, self-governance and authenticity that characterises maverine and autonomine genders.
An orientation labels for those who are gay towards ainuline people/genders or any other genders of outherine qualities comparable masculinity, while still being brand new and distinct from it.
The flag:
[PT: the flag]
ALT
[ID: A flag with six horizontal stripes. From top to bottom, their colours are: dark violet, cerulean blue, light cyan, light yellow, orange, dark brown. /End ID]
Why smertrian?
[PT: why smertrian?]
The term derives from the exoplanet Smertrios in the constellation of Hercules, named after the Gallic deity of war. I choose this name precisely because being the god of war, Smertrios is the Gallic equivalent to the Roman Mars, a deity and planet associated to maleness and masculinity.
Just like Smertrios is the Gallic equivalent to Mars; Ainulinity is the outherine/aporine equivalent to masculinity, and smertrian the ainuline equivalent to veldian/turian.
An orientation to those who are gay for altraenine genders, outherly ambiguine/ambiguous genders, and any other outherine gender characterised for being similar or comparable to androgyny, while still brand new and distinct from it.
The flag:
[PT: the flag]
ALT
[ID: A flag with six horizontal stripes. From top to bottom their colours are: dark magenta, purple, light cyan, light yellow, orange and dark brown./End ID]
Why Velesian?
[PT: why velesian?]
It’s named after the exoplanet Veles, named after the Slavic god of the same name. It was chosen because Veles is kind of the equivalent to Hermes/Mercury and the planet Mercury has been associated to androgyny and gender ambiguity.
Just like Veles is the Slavic equivalent to Hermes/Mercury; Altraeninity, ambiguinity/gender ambiguity, etc are the outherine/aporine equivalents to androgyny, and velesian the altraenine/ambiguine equivalent to cyllenian
nothing wrong. bold of you to think I would be the one to say something is wrong. but at least I feel these feelings are very common. the thing is: would you still be curious about it? because I consider being curious a defining identity for some, including myself.
you could be a merasscic gynecurious/homoflexible (aniso-).
if you find these forms of attraction get blurry or mixed together, try aestheti-, apres-, or quoi-.
you could also question yourself if that’s really attraction or it’s desire (libido/stimulus) or corporeal response. idk if you’d be worried with comphet or not. cogitari- or poeti- could be used together with a femaric/fin- identity.
Are there any homoplatonic/heteroplatonic people out there? And if yes, are they considered aspec/aplspec because of that? I just saw a post about them and I realized that I know almost nothing about these orientations😔
im aplatonic. gonna say that homo/heteroplatonic people aren’t aplspec for not being platonically attracted to some people because that regards the direction of the attraction rather than the attraction itself (as in how it’s felt). they could also be aplspec, like how someone might be homo/heterosexual and acespec.
In my pov, they can be seen as aplspec, yes.
Especially because monosocial and monoplatonic people are seen as sexist or may go through an environment that makes them behaviorally asocial/aplatonic. Not just monoplatonic, spectraplatonic (non-omniplatonic polyplatonic) people too.
But those are specific situations, not every time they are aplspec. Also, in some cultures or in the past, homosociality or homoplatonicism was the “norm”, and heterosocial relationships and cross-sex/opposite-gender friendships are/were seen as a form of cheating/infidelity or potentially unfaithful. Does that mean heteroplatonix or heteroamicals are/were a marginalized or oppressed minority in such societies?
Definition : An orientation where one feels removed from the socially typical ways of explaining relationships in queer lexicon (aka the ways we have been conditioned to see relationships in regards to “platonic vs romantic vs sensual vs sexual).
Term and flag origin: November 2024
Flag colors inspired by the aegospike flag
Paraequesexual may enjoy sex acts in the moment or romantic acts in the moment but outside of these instances rarely or never (depending on individual) think of these acts. Romance, sex, sensuality, etc. Is just another way to make those feel good hormones go off in your head. One might see these relationships through the scope of companionship (the level of emotional depth to these companionships is up to the individual) or allies.
To typical Lgbtq orientations this is basically between aromantic, asexual, and pomosexual if someone needs an easy comparison but again, this orientation is for people who see relationships as just a way to make the feel good hormones go off in the head, NOT in the way society expects "are you romantically attracted to someone? Are you sexually attracted to someone?”
Different from aegosexual because MANY aegosexual circles are strongly uncomfortable with the idea of doing sex acts with partners in person.
Theoflexible or flexitheism (flexitheist): mostly or predominantly theist, but flexible in this identity; believing in God/gods but occasionally incredulous towards deities.
Atheoflexible: mostly or predominantly atheist, but flexible in this identity; disbelieving in gods, but occasionally leaning toward belief in certain God, gods, deity or deities.
Note: an atheoflexible person does not need to be “rarely theist”. When they change their beliefs, they could be pantheist, deist, omnist, posttheist, nontheist, and so on. Other terms may derive them such as antitheoflexible (antitheist), apatheoflexible (apatheist), or transtheoflexible (transtheist).
Abrotheist: fluidity in belief regarding the existence of gods, fluctuating over time between atheism, theism, and possibly other beliefs. This term would suggest that one’s stance changes based on internal feelings, experiences, or even phases in life.
Fluxotheist (fluxotheism): the sense of flowing between different beliefs in a less fixed or rigid manner. It could suggest that one’s belief shifts more naturally, almost like a current, continuous adapting based on new experiences or insights.
These terms are deliberately based on abrosexual, the prefix fluxo- (from fluxograma) and the concept of genderflux or genderfluid, heteroflexible and flexitarianism or the prefix flexi- (eg. flexisexual). These ideas have been in my head for a while.

-stellic: attraction (can be exclusive or non-exclusive) to certain genders. it may include fluid and/or fluctuating genders that sometimes align, and/or genders that partially align, such as multigenders. it doesn’t necessarily imply static orientation and there is no implied user gender, gender preference, or attraction type.
name origin: -stellic from stellate (“something that resembles a star in shape”) which comes from “stellatus” (latin for star). mostly to create a unique naming device, but also the multiple points of a star shape can represent the many aspects of one’s identity.

a term and flag for queer folk of all kinds who live in “red states,” or states that primarily vote for the republican party/host primarily republican views, and feel that their queerness is influenced or impacted by this in some way.
this term isnt meant to glorify or promote republican views; rather, it’s a term for those who feel their queer identity is affected by living in such states, and to bring awareness and solidarity to the queer folk living in these states who feel unsafe and invisible to the queer community.
basically this isnt a pro republican flag/term pls dont use this that way

Abilities: Flutter: A graceful flap of the wings and this Buddy is floating effortlessly through the skies. Rainbow Blaze: A way to show off just how cool fire can look. So many colors!
Bio: This Buddy carries a bright flame around in its gem-like body in order to keep itself warm in any environment and help it see in dark places. It’s very warm to the touch, which makes it a nice cuddle buddy if you won’t mind the buggy-ness! While it looks very much like some kind of bug, it has an oddly draconic nature where it will hoard glittering gemstones – the large eyes help it find new gemstones to take home.
Abilities: Starsong: A song so strong, it can even echo through space! Crystalize: Causes nearby stone to shine and glimmer like gemstones. Works well in deep, dark caves.
Bio: This Buddy’s most precious belonging is the egg-shaped gemstone it carries wherever it goes, which is usually where other Stellar, Lunar, and Cosmic Buddies are. Its closest companions love to bring it shiny bits of stardust and moon rocks to add to its hoard, which is said to give it mysterious powers. Nobody is sure why its gemstone is so important or what it does, but it often keeps it stored in a deep cave where other interesting gemstones can be found.
Abilities: Scamper: Time to give chase! Ripple Effect: A way to kick up sand at the bottom of the ocean to look for food.
Bio: When you find yourself relaxing at the beach, this Buddy might come up on the shore to play. It loves to run around, kicking up sand and splashing around in the water, but it also enjoys exploring underwater. It tends to stay near coral reefs where some of its favorite Water Buddies live. At night, it rests in a nearby cave with other beach-dwelling friends.
Abilities: Flutter: A graceful flap of the wings and this Buddy is floating effortlessly through the skies. Galaxy Glow: Lights up the night sky with a colorful glow.
Bio: This elusive Buddy never lands and instead, flies in continuous circles high up in the sky at night. Its colorful, shimmering feathers are mesmerizing to look at and can evoke a feeling of tranquility in anyone who stares at them. It always wants to fly close to the stars so if you ever want to see it clearly, you might need to bring a pair of binoculars! Rumor has it that it turns into sunlight during the day and then reforms into a bird shape at night.
Abilities: Bark: This is a sound that means “I’m a little overstimulated right now!” Sparkle: Show off your colors!
Bio: This Buddy’s body is slightly fuzzy and shines in all sorts of colors if you look closely, the fin down its back being the most spectacular part: It sort of looks like stained glass! Its long legs and hooved feet make it really good at running, usually on clear sunny days where it can show off how colorful it is. It also enjoys swimming occasionally, made easy by its fins and its strong tail. If an environment exists, it probably knows how to traverse it easily. The only thing it can’t do is fly!
Abilities: Hide: Shy Buddies will do this when they need a little break from others. Wave: Just a fancy way for Water Buddies to get around.
Bio: This tiny Buddy hides amongst the coral in shallow seas and blends in pretty well! If you follow it along the shoreline, you’ll see that it loves to collect seashells and bring them back home where it uses them to build up its den. Groups of them may join up and explore the shallows together, comparing seashells they found and trading them with each other.
Abilities: Lightspeed Dash: Zoooooom!! Stardust Burst: A colorful way for floating or flying Buddies to propel themselves.
Bio: Groups of these Buddies will shoot across the starry night sky at impressive speeds, staying together no matter where they go. The stardust that shoots out from behind them as they travel sparkles in every color imaginable, sometimes falling slowly to Earth on clear nights. This stardust can be seen under the moonlight, creating a sort of galaxy on the ground that everyone should see. It seems like these groups are headed somewhere. Where could they be going?
Made a flag for luckygender! The green comes from four-leaf clovers, and the red, gold, and silver are considered lucky colors as well
Awesome! Thanks for the submission!

Luckygender: a gender that feels lucky, is related to luck and/or is aligned towards or with good luck.
TW: Sexual Assault
This term was made to reclaim the term “Clovergender”, which was a trolling attempt originating from 4chan to see if they could make it appear as though CSA was acceptable within the MOGAI community, given that it was “justified” with a bad-faith gender identity
MONSTER: Her mother was a shark and her father was a tree frog! Due to her heritage, this lass is a great swimmer and athlete. Her favorite sport is the long jump!
Sapphic achillean, also known as sapphicchillean or sapphillean, is a term for when one considers oneself sapphic (women loving women) AND achillean (men loving men) due to being both male or masculine-aligned and female or feminine-aligned (fluidly or simultaneously), and being attracted to men and women.
They identify as both MLM and WLW. However, they do not identify as WLM or MLW, they only feel attraction to women as a woman and only feel attraction to men as a man. One does not feel attraction to women as a man, or attraction to men as a woman.
So, I’ve noticed a few people talk about how they consider themselves both MLM and WLW, but didn’t know if there was a word for it. After doing some research, I stumbled upon the word sapphillean, and I thought I’d share it with you guys!
Here is the link to the wiki page if you want to read more! I’ve only added a few flags which I liked best, but you can find many more on the wiki page.
So yeah, for those of you who identify as both MLM and WLW, you can call yourself sapphillean if you want! I hope I could help out some people!
so i made a new Sapphic Achillean flag, bc i couldnt find one i exactly liked. i couldnt find a picture of the flower to slap onto it but i think a Veilchenblau would be a good flower for it, since its purple and a rose violet hybrid
So there’s a new way of describing your identity known as “gender elements”! I’ve gotten permission from the creator of these terms to compile a post describing what they are and what the base “elements” are (as such, all information on this page has been written by the creator and not by myself). The flags are linked in the name of the elements, as well as the reasoning behind the design choices. I’ve placed all of the information under a “read more”, to avoid creating too much clutter on people’s dashes. 🙂
( pasted directly from under the cut to preserve it. there is no link on the last sentence ) @radiomogai
Gender Element: a part of one’s overall gender experience, along with gender identity, gender expression, and gender alignment (as well as any other aspects that might exist). It is not one’s actual gender, but it (usually) interacts with it in some way, defines it, intermingles with it, or is otherwise an important aspect of it. When somebody says, for example, that they are feminine, and they aren’t using it to describe their gender expression or gender alignment, this is what they would be referring to. It is a connection to a certain concept, such as femininity, masculinity, or something else entirely, in whatever interpretation an individual might have of those concepts. It does not have to conform to the usual idea of what the element is. The way one would use this in defining their own identity is “my gender element is feminine” or “my gender is elementally feminine” or something similar to that, as well as using specific terms, the basics of which I will reveal soon, since I’m still working on them a bit.
Elements are varying in and of themselves- water can be still, rough, clear, murky, or anything else, and this is also how gender elements work. Therefore, there is nothing common among people with the same element other than the fact that they are that element. They can be any gender or present any way they like, even if it “clashes” with what people see their element as embodying. This is a personal label, if one chooses to label it, and therefore there is no need for a description of what “feminine” or “masculine” means, since it only has meaning when one gives it meaning.
One’s gender element may feel as if it overlaps with other aspects of one’s gender, or may feel totally separate. Some people won’t have a gender element at all! There will be a term for that, too. The way it contributes to each individual’s gender experience is unique and special.
Differences between gender element and gender alignment are mostly due to the fact that “gender alignment” is used to refer to many things- it has been used to refer to something similar to what gender elements are, but also to refer to how similar a gender is to male, female, or something else. The fact that it is used in many ways is confusing and makes it inaccessible to a lot of people, including the person (me) that gave gender elements a name. I’m a feminine nonbinary boy, and there was no way for me to explain what being feminine meant to me, so I thought about it and I think it applies to many other people and should be shared.
Please do not use these terms or this concept as a synonym for any gender alignment term, such as lunarian or stellarian, or any gender expression term, such as cerul or pewt. It is not the same!
This concept can be used by anyone, since cis people can have gender elements, alignments, and expressions, but any elemental pride flags can only be used by trans/nonbinary/GNC people. Please respect this.
Fervian: A gender element which is masculine or related to masculinity. Symbolically associated with the element of fire, which is considered masculine in alchemy. Can be used as an adjective (a wonderful fervian being) or a noun (I’m a fervi and I’m awesome).
Ventulian: A gender element which is not clearly defined. It may change in a way that is hard to keep up with, impossible to describe or understand, or simply be vague and fleeting in nature, but it is present. Symbolically associated with the element of air, which reflects the nature of the gender element, “up in the air” so to speak. Can be used as an adjective (a wonderful ventulian being) or a noun (I’m a ventuli and I’m awesome).
Tellusian: A gender element which is not masculine, feminine, or xenine (xeno), but still present. It may refer to a neutral element, but it is not limited to that descriptor. Symbolically associated with the element of earth, which has been used to represent neutral and similar concepts in other identities and terms. Can be used as an adjective (a wonderful tellusian being) or a noun (I’m a tellusi and I’m awesome).
Alterian: A gender element that is xenine (xeno equivalent of masc/fem), which refers to identities that don’t conform or relate to any concept like feminine, masculine, or neutral, but is instead something that is related to other concepts, like symbols, nature, shapes, feelings, or anything else that one may feel their element embodies or is connected to. Symbolically associated with the element of spirit, or quintessence, which reflects the nature of the gender element since they are both on a different plane than the other elements and operate on different levels. Can be used as an adjective (a wonderful alterian being) or a noun (I’m an alteri and I’m awesome.) Can be used by alterhumans as well as everyone else.
Eluvian: A gender element which is feminine or related to femininity. Symbolically associated with the element of water, which is considered feminine in alchemy. Can be used as an adjective (a wonderful eluvian being) or a noun form (I’m an eluvi and I’m awesome).
Vocivian: Individuals who either reject or don’t have a gender element in some way. Symbolically associated with the element of void; vocivians can consider this to be the description of their element, or simply just say they are void of one. Can be used as both an adjective (a wonderful vocivian being) or a noun (I’m a vocivi and I’m awesome).
Trans Man 4 Trans Woman: A trans man who is exclusively attracted to trans women, or otherwise non-cis women; A trans man who emphasizes or prioritizes their attraction and relationships with trans women. A celebration of transgender love. This preference usually stems from issues of safety, trauma, oppression, and/or various personal reasons. Also known as TMLTW (Trans Man Loving Trans Woman), and caenean

Xynth: A referential term for a person or being with no reference to any gender, though it is distinctly not male, female, masculine, feminine, neutral, null, nor anything in between. It may be used by xenogender folks who feel that their gender is distinct enough to use a unique term not derived from anything else – xin, xenby, xip, xenan, etc. still reference an inherent xenity, so someone may prefer to use something else. Xynth is a removal from genderedness without using vague ungendered terms like “person.” It is not a genderless term, but can be used to denote one’s distance from conventional human gender. It is also inclusive of alterhumans who prefer non-anthrocentric terms.
The plural can be xynths or xynthen.
The symbol in the center of the flag represents the planet Haumea and the colors are simply ones I thought might look good together.
I like combin, mixfriend, comfriend. I would think of centher, it’s similar to renther, and it works for cenny (renny/mommy/daddy). Cen also reminds centrois, ceni- iden prefix, but it comes from -cene in epicene. I’m not convinced about the other terms.

Neoagender is a term for agender individuals who feel like a “new” or “different” type of agender.
I wasn’t quite sure how to incorporate other gender flags into the genderslider flag, because the base flag doesn’t really have much colour/stripe meanings besides the center dark blue bar representing a sliding scale. I settled on putting the putting the gender flag in the background, and the blue/green slider on top. It’s pretty simplistic, but I wasn’t sure how else to mix the flags together, and I think it fits decently. They’re layered on top of each other, with the base gender being static / always present, and the slider changing on top (I also think the cool colours fit with change/fluidity, like water).
I added outlines to the slider for better contrast. For the outline colours, I chose what it was on top of (in the case of 2 center stripes, what it contrasted best with), and if that didn’t fit, then plain white (though kenochoricslider specifically uses black, to match the overall theme better). There’s also 2 slider versions, rounded and squared, since I couldn’t choose between them. The squared version is more like the original flag, but rounded feels more like a slider to me (which I think is influenced by my learning of css design, IRL sliders are probably more rectangular).
I didn’t like how the desaturated orange looked next to the green, I felt lighter outlines was still needed, so I combined the desaturated orange and yellow into one light orange yellow colour (a blend).
Plurian: someone who is polyaffectionate, pluralian &/or polyamory; experiencing plural attraction; being attracted to multiple individuals &/or multiple genders; the ability or capacity to love more than one person &/or gender; being pluri-/multi-/ply/poly- and -amorous/-gamous/-attractional/-attracted/-oriented.
Pluralian: one who is attracted to more than one gender; an umbrella term for being attracted to more than one gender, regardless of one’s gender identity (similar to “sapphic,” “achillean,” and “enbian”) .
Plurigender: identifying with more than one gender at once. (Different from the multigender umbrella because that includes fluidity.)
Trans Woman 4 Trans Woman: A trans woman who is exclusively attracted to trans women, or otherwise non-cis women; A trans woman who emphasizes or prioritizes their attraction and relationships with other trans women. A celebration of transgender love. This preference usually stems from issues of safety, trauma, oppression, and/or various personal reasons. Trans Woman 4 Trans Man: A trans woman who is exclusively attracted to trans men, or otherwise non-cis men; A trans woman who emphasizes or prioritizes their attraction and relationships with other trans men. A celebration of transgender love. This preference usually stems from issues of safety, trauma, oppression, and/or various personal reasons. Also known as TWLTM (Trans Woman Loving Trans Man), and teiresian
Alright, I don’t have a tumblr or anything, but I do keep tabs on a handful of queer related blogs on here, so I’m not completely out of the loop.
I’ve had a bit of an infatuation with the pansexual flag ever since it came onto the scene (I’m ace and our flag is totally badass and all, but shit, I just love bright colors, too), and when I recently saw that someone else had found the non-binary yellow aspect of it identifiable in a genderqueer context, I couldn’t help but wonder how many others it’s resonated with as well. If the number isn’t insubstantial, it might be a good candidate for a component of the flag. Might as well give it a shot and find out, right?
This variation on another proposed design wouldn’t necessitate any alterations to its base meaning, with the yellow taking over for green in representing an intermediary space between a purely female or male identity. Aside from it being a rather complementary (and intuitive, in my opinion) addition to the traditional pink/blue binary, I believe yellow in particular would be an especially appropriate color choice for this because it’s simply hard to ignore the discouraging amount of fragmentation present within the queer community right now, and I feel that there being a commonality of components and meaning between our pride symbols could help foster a greater sense of unity.
On a more superficial note, the vividness of the colors also evokes particular feelings of pride and hopefulness, at least for me. As the pan flag’s site noted, yellow is taken to represent all manners of positive things, from sunlight, to happiness, to life itself. I guess it honestly sounds pretty fucking trite, yeah, but the world really did just seem that much brighter once I cut the shit, acknowledged that I’ve known I’m genderless/neutrois since childhood, and quit so desperately pretending to be something I’m not.
Anyway, just throwing another prospect out there. Maybe some people will find that it suits them.
Same as usual, if I’m going to figure out one format, why not make a whole set lol
I followed neopronouns’ format, where the bottom 3 stripes are for butch / futch / femme / soft butch / chemme / thistle femme respectively, and the top stripes are for chunk.
I got the chunk colours by simplifying the original colours. The lightest stripe was combined with the light grey stripe, then that and the top 2 stripes were combined with the bottom 3 stripes.
The 3rd stripe was edited based on the colour underneath it, for better contrast.
Pretty simple, I basically just combined all the original stripes into one flag, and for the colours that were similar, I mixed them into one stripe.
For the transn’t flags, they technically should also have a white stripe, but I wanted to keep it centered / balance feeling, so I combined it with the yellow stripes (closest colour visually I’d say). I also think this helps it be more distinct.
Trans Man 4 Trans Man: A trans man who is exclusively attracted to trans men, or otherwise non-cis men; A trans man who emphasizes or prioritizes their attraction and relationships with other trans men. A celebration of transgender love. This preference usually stems from issues of safety, trauma, oppression, and/or various personal reasons. Also known as TMLTM (Trans Man Loving Trans Man), and machan
The black lines are based off of sheet music, soprano is a C4 to C6 in scientific pitch notation, so the two additional lines at the top are to represent c6. The colors are more or less just to make the flag look visually more interesting.
Trancessiongender – A neurogender related to the symptoms of possession trance/Trance and possession disorder. This can refer to any form of relationship or contraction between the symptoms and one’s gender.
For a while now, whenever I use the trans colours, I always adjust them a bit. While I like the design, the digital rendition leaves a bit to be desired in terms of contrast (the light pink and light blue create a weird visual effect for my eyes).
It’s really simple edit, I just made the blue a bit darker, and many people have made this sort of thing before. For the most part, this is the colour palette I will be using whenever I make trans related flags. So here it is, might as well post it.
About gender panitude:
I see many pangender folx stole culturally specific genders whose cultures they did not belong to. At least more specifically before 2012 or some point where many terms got resignified or redefined, fairly.
I saw a definition from Radical Fairies and it said “all sexes”.
But I use it to mean an infinite gender. Which is also innumerable, unquantifiable, unachievable (without transhumanism/immanence), includes other non finite aspects (such as transfinite/phantom quantities/complex numbers)…
That’s a mathematical way to express it, immaterially or metaphorically.
People usually slap omnigender, omnine, or polygender and say pangender identity should be abolished/cancelled. Or offer alternatives: maxigender, ultigender… I’d like infinigender be more popular.
Once @gender-jargon explained well the concept of infinity with a video, but it got down 😞
I also coined apangender/pxngender (originally panagender but panagender had a different definition before) bc I’m demiagender.
They’re all disproportionate. Like yeah the pangender symbol, from @espectrometria-nao-binaria that looks like this: 🜧 (a fusion of ⟨🜦⟩ copper antimoniate salt and ⟨🜹⟩ or ⟨⚹⟩ sal-ammoniac) but replacing the cross (alluding gender femaleness) with androgyne symbol (⚦), includes an agender symbol inside.
There are obliquities/parallelisms that I generalize making it insoluble, like different planes or places different things or PoVs. Like yeah I’m what you see, but I have obscure parts you don’t know that others know. But the others also don’t know some other parts either, neither I as some things are in the future, it’s rhizomatic (from the philosophal concept). And it’s always changing how I perceive and some things go to the other side of the spectrum. In fact I don’t mind being summed up as neufemasc. Bc neotrinarists give me these options and in their minds they are the only existing possibilities for a trigender.
I don’t think I understand the linked term/flag enough to say whether they’re opposites.
I can make an alt tiaspec flag though, and I also decided to make a tingender flag, to match.
ALT
I followed the same format of other -iaspec and -in-gender flags. Using white, pink, and blue as the main colours, like in the trans flag.
I tried to make tiaspec more distinct, by making the top colours darker and bottom colours lighter, like the miaspec and fiaspec flags (they have a similar style).
The purple in the tingender flag is just an in-between colour for blue and pink, though the original flag also has purple in the middle.
Do non Brazilians/Filipinos know about Brazilippines…. Brazilians and Filipinos randomly decided that we were two sides of the same coin and have now become besties
It’s really simple. If you’re born with a vagina and you naturally have elevated testosterone levels, you’re a man. If you have a vagina and you take testosterone, you’re a woman. But also if you have a vagina, you’ll never be a man. But also if you have higher testosterone then you were never a woman. Woman never yes man a vagina testosterone no was an elevated. Vagina man.
crazy how some people are like “women can do anything men can do!!! girl power!!!” but then you bring up trans people in sports and suddenly testosterone makes you a superhero
since people are talking about Imane Khelif, some reminders for discussing intersex issues:
“Disorders of sex development” or “DSD” is an intersexist term that contributes to medical violence and social alienation. The correct word is “intersex,” a neutral term for the characteristics that the term “DSD” others and pathologizes.
You can be intersex and cis. You can be intersex and trans. A lot of intersex people have more complicated relationships to those concepts/terms. Being cis or trans doesn’t make someone more or less intersex.
Gender testing in women’s sports is both transmisogynistic and intersexist. In practice it usually impacts intersex cis women because trans women are already disqualified by their social histories. Intersex cis athletes subjected to abuse and discrimination due to gender testing results are victims of intersexism, not “misdirected” or “mistaken” transmisogyny. Intersexism, transmisogyny, and misogynoir all overlap in many ways due to the intertwined histories of sex, gender, and race categories.
“Proof” that an intersex cis woman is not a trans woman (i.e. that she was AFAB’d) will not stop TERFs from attacking her, because TERFs also do not view intersex cis women as real women (case in point).
No one’s private medical info should be reported on the news, but when an athlete is outed as intersex in this way, trying to defend their honor by claiming they’re not really intersex only reinforces intersexism.
Arguing over what kind of intersex variation someone has (e.g. hormonal vs. chromosomal) and whether it “counts” is intersexist and also weird. Leave us alone!
anyway, congrats to Imane on her win, it’s not her fault Angela Carini is a bigoted crybaby coward
Oppression points and identity lanes are not poetic licenses to shitty mindedness.
Yes, absolutely dismantle the gender binary. BUT dont forget to dismantle the sex binary too. Intersex people exist and they regularly get ignored in both queer and non-queer spaces. There are NOT only two sexes, and us perisex trans people CAN NOT forget that or else we will become like our oppressors, people who say there are only two genders and that what you are born as is what you must stay as. Intersexism must be stopped.
Love you all and have fun destroying society’s utterly limiting expectations of our minds and bodies 🫰
Let me be a bit controversial here, since I’m unlearning from idpol:
Stop assuming “cis-presenting” people are cis. Stop assuming “endosex-passing” people are endosex. Stop assuming invisible traits are cis or endosex, stop assuming other people’s gender modality and diagnostic medical bodily/corporeal variations.
You don’t know if someone is XY or XX simply by looking their phenotype unless you have a superpower to test one’s karyotype, genome, and hormone rates. And believing in fake news won’t help.
Intersex phenotypes exist (aka erroneously “androgynous bodies”/“gnc appearances”). Transsex traits are subjective, people are being asssassinated due to their “trans-looking” makeups in my country. Are they cis? Maybe they don’t even know that word or concept. They could even be gender-apathetic after all.
Honestly, an intersex transfem who is also “cis-passing” and “endosex-presenting”.
thanks to @arco-pluris (who i have been admiring from afar and may have a (queer)platonic/amari/(theoretical) aesthetic attraction for based on my dreams of shem)’s reblog of @ryanyflags post questioning being transcis/cistrans/tris i’m actually myself questioning being trisqueer (as in trans(gender)queer and cis(gender)queer at the same time)
especially given that epicene, my MAIN gender and the main hosts’ that share the “my gender” tag on this blog’s genders as well as sprinkles’ gender is technically (to me, and from arco-pluris’ own definition from sheir blog defining how shey sees epicenity) a monomultiagender of both (male and female + male and female related genders + male and female centrigenders + in my view, masculine and feminine genders + masculine and feminine related genders + masculine and feminine centrigenders as well as androgyne, ambigender, femache, stuff like that), neither (i.e. every abinary, anonbinary, atrinary, etc. umbrella gender like neutrois, maverique, aporagender, outherine, xenogender/xenine (at least to me), kenochoric, and even other neogenders unrelated to these neithers, as well as stuff like ambigue, generique, gengender, etc that can’t be sorted into these categories necessarily), and none (every single agender/genderless related gender i experience, such as agender, genderless, agenderless, gendervoid, arguably some kenochords, genderlussos, genderblank, gendernull, nullgender (those two are different), and i’m also either polygender or pxngenderfluidflux (aka, genderfluid between all and no genders and fluxing between them) and ALWAYS pxn aligned…i wonder if i could count as trisqueer in a cis-genderqueer sense AND a trans-genderqueer sense. i consider my modality mostly genderqueer and nonbinary, especially because though i’m physically unable to transition like i want to (i wanna go on t for the Namari Dungeon Meshi Voice Euphoria and also bottom growth but preferably i’d rather that thang and also the top thang to be swappable and like slideable like a chest/breast slider but that’s another thing, but i don’t want top surgery because i like my breasts and also i’m fat and i don’t WANT to have to lose weight to get a flat chest), i consider my experiences neither fully cis in that i never was able to relate to other Fellow AFAB Experiences because of Autism and Adhd and Trauma and Ridiculously Early As Young As 1-4 Pediatric Ocd but i never found myself fully relating to cisgender boys either (i would say i find my experiences closely match transfem people both nonbinary and binary, but tbh i don’t have a right to claim transfem because i’m not transitioning towards womanhood from a gender different to that, and i’m not fully and entirely a woman, and also trans woman isn’t necessarily a third gender to most binary trans women though some transfeminine people can experience their gender as a third gender because imo some transmasculine people and generally nonbinary people do that too so who am i to judge). honestly, the closest even moreso than nonbinary or multigender transfem experiences is like…nonbinary/genderqueer or agender or like…generally not a man or a woman or all genders and none experiences. and also genderqueer experiences in general. i consider myself moreso…cisautigender? cisgenderless/cisagender? cisgenderqueer? because rather than being socialized as a cis girl, i feel like i was socialized as autigender in the “my gender is autism and less than genderless so my gender is considered nonhuman or even inhuman even because i’m autistic”, or “because of my socialization i feel like i less grew up as a female to epicene, i feel like i’m more genderless to also epicene” or even “i feel like although genderqueer is one of my current genders, genderqueer is more of a cis experience for me than female is so isofemale cisgenderqueer isomale transepicene pxngender it is”
idk. i don’t know how to explain all this word vomit. i still can’t explain it. idk if these experiences necessarily line up with trisqueer or some other gender modality but if anyone can give me help i’d appreciate it.
everytime i see this post its without enough context; the mountains are part of the black hills—a very sacred place to many tribes, including my own. these particular mountains had natural faces already in them and were beloved as relatives. the usa knew this when they chose the spot to carve with our colonizer’s visages.
Cisgender Transex: Describing individuals whose gender identity is congruent to their assigned gender at birth (AGAB), but have a sex identity that differs from their unmodified, natal sex.
Describing the intersection of cis- gender modality and trans- sex modality.
Etymology
A combination of the terms “Cisgender” and “Transex”, describing gender modality and sex modality, respectively.
The first recorded use of the term cisgender was from a 1994 post to alt.transgendered on Usenet by Dana Leland Defosse. All through the 1990s, the term was used to describe individuals who are, “on this side of the behavioral, cultural or psychological traits typically associated with one sex”, meaning “that one’s identity and presentation match their physical morphology”.
The original concept of cisgenderness differs from how it is used presently, as the original definition of the term does not account for gender assignment, meaning that it isn’t a gender modality. At this point, the term cisgender was more akin to the term “gender conformant”. The term was ultimately popularized by biologist Julia Serano in 2004 in her book Whipping Girl.
In some time between late 2018 and early 2019, jurist and bioethicist Florance Ashley proposed the concept of gender modalities. This was essentially created to emphasize that gender identity itself is different than gender identity in relation to one’s assigned gender. For instance, an transgender woman and a cisgender woman have the same gender identity, both being women, but they have different gender modalities because the transgender woman has a different gender than the one she was assigned and the cisgender woman identifies with her assignment. This change in terminology was suggested, as it attempt to reduce “othering”, enhance vocabulary, resolve semantic contraversies and allows for non-binary gender modalities (cisn’transn’t).
Transex is defined as having a sex identity that transcends one’s “biological sex“ or unaltered “natal sex”; denoting or relating to a person whose sense of sex identity or biossex does not correspond with their birth sex. This term was coined by moderator Arco Pluris of Beyond-MOGAI-Pride-Flags in 2020. The term transex is similar to transsexual, but serves as a umbrella term for all trans- related sex identities (corporeal, immaterial, desired, etc.). A sex identity is describes one’s personal sense of their sex via their sex traits and their self-interpretation of how their corporeal sex is or should be.
Some examples of Cisgender Transex identities:
An AFAB, cisgender butch lesbian who is transmasculine, desiring top surgery and HRT.
An AMAB, GNC, cisgender male drag queen who is transfeminine, desiring breasts and a wider hips.
A cisgender, xeno-aligned individual of an unknown assignment who is faunagenital, making them transxenine.
A cisgender-aligned, transn’t non-binary individual who desires genital nullification and removal of the nipples, being transneutral.
The flag’s design is a combination of the transex flag and what I imagine a cisgender pride flag would look like if it was necessary and in good-taste to create one. The flag consists of nine main stripes, having half the flag being flipped vertically. From top to bottom, the stripes are black, dark grey, a half and half dark pink or dark blue stripe, a half and half light pink or light blue stripe, a large white center stripe with a triangular point, a half and half light pink or light blue stripe, a half and half dark pink and dark blue stripe, dark grey and black. The flag carries the following meanings:
The topmost and bottom-most black and grey stripes are represent gender conformancy.
The dark pink/dark blue stripe represents identifying with one’s gender assignment.
The light pink/light blue stripe represents transcending one’s natal sex.
The white stripe with triangular point represents being varsex.
EDIT: While researching another term, I discovered I made a mistake regarding the etymology of “cisgender”. The post has since been updated to correct this error.
EDIT 2: I had a dummy moment and accidentally classified this term as purely Aldernic. While this situation can often result in what would be classified as an Aldernic/Altersex identity, that is not necessarily the case. The post has once again been updated to correct this error.
The belief of sex and gender not being inherently connected.
Someone who’s Genseist may believe any of the following:
That sex and gender are inherently different concepts, however each individual may perceive any amount of connection between the concepts, and identify as such.
That sex primarily is perceived as physical bodily aspects of an individual, while gender is primarily perceived as social and non-bodily aspects.
Raising awareness of non cissex-cisgender duality, such as the existence of Transsex-Cisgender individuals, Cissex-Cisgender or Transsex-Transgender individuals with a disconnect between their sex and gender, Intersex and Non-Cissex indiviuals, etc.
That anyone may identify with only sex or gender, and perceives the other as the same. (Example: Being cissex due to being cisgender.) The possibility of someone having a cusper/evenic sex/gender, while identifying mostly or completely with either cis and/or trans.
The inherent inclusion of those with complicated relationships with their sex and/or gender. Inclusion of those with a cusper/evenic sex, and/or cusper/evenic gender.
That someone who’s transsex and transgender may perceive sex and gender in different ways, and may describe themself as such. (Example: A transmasculine transex person who is also a transmasculine, transxenine and transaporine transgender individual. Their sex is transmasculine, while their gender is transmasculine, transxenine and transaporine.)
That someone who’s cissex and cisgender may also experience a disconnect between the two concepts. (Example: A cisgender person who 100% feels their gender is cis, however is simply cissex due to a lack of perception of their sex.)
.
This term was originally posted April 23rd, 2022.
Gonna put a disclaimer, this term ISN’T for TERFS/Baeddels or otherwise anti-trans, anti-aldernic, anti-intersex, anti-evenic/cusper people to use. This term is not supportive of “Sex not Gender” rhetoric. This term simply is for anyone who views sex and gender as different concepts. (Whether it be their own sex/gender or the concepts in general.) The list provided isn’t all people who are Genseist can believe, it’s sorta just a base-line list of examples.
I coined this as a sort of pre-cursor to terms I have planned, that’s basically terms for people who experience any sort of disconnect between their sex and gender, such as cissex-cusper/evenic gender, transgender-cissex, etc. since I feel a disconnect between how I’m transsex and transgender, and a sorta “it’s OKAY to use transsexual for yourself” wake up call b/c some trans people really need it. Transsexual isn’t a dirty term, Transgender isn’t a “better term” no one’s forcing you to use one or the other, use which ever term you like to describe yourself.
(Let me know if anything on this post could use re-wording, clarification, etc.)
Some can say they have any masculine and/or feminine binary gender, while others conflate femininity with femaleness as well as masculinity with maleness. However, being nonbinary depends on whether each person considers their gender a different experience of binary gender or a gender identity that’s at least partially separate from the binary.
I’d say this is similar to questions such as “are trans men/women nonbinary, since they tend to be alienated from binary cis folks”, “are GNC folks nonbinary since they may feel disconnected from the gender roles imposed on them because of their assigned gender” or “are gay men and lesbian women nonbinary since they’re rejecting something associated with their assigned gender”: sure, some of those folks are completely justified in saying they’re nonbinary because of that detachment from the norm, but that doesn’t mean everyone with those experiences is going to claim they’re nonbinary and that doesn’t mean any of those “sides” is wrong.
This is one of the reasons why terms such as ideobinary and viabinary have to do with how one positions themself with regards to the binary, instead of being about “if you’re femgender you’re ideobinary while if you’re a nonbinary woman you’re viabinary”. Someone may say they’re a nonbinary woman for having a feminine nonbinary gender that doesn’t quite fit into the binary besides the femininity, while someone else might be a nonbinary woman for having strong ties to being a woman while being distinctly masculine. So the first nonbinary woman may say they’re ideobinary while the second may say they’re viabinary.
Since some new athletes subject to gender (sex) testing are getting a lot of spotlight shined on the transphobic elements of this practice, please can people keep in mind the intersexist nature of sex testing. While many concerns raised about athletes’ gender/sex are related to transphobia, the material reality is that these people aren’t trans, they are intersex. These tests reveal that these women have hyperandrogenistic conditions that make them intersex. They are experiencing oppression based on having an intersex condition. This isn’t “oops we oppressed a cisgender person who might have been trans,” it is the intentional oppression of people who are intersex.
